  • Still not fixed

    Your bug fix didn’t work as I still Carnt view my cameras with 4G and they are intermittent when connected to my home WiFi on my phone. Totally waste of money.

    Unable to connect to my cameras since September 2019. Updated to latest version but still does not work
  • PLEASE UPDATE THE APP!!

    Can no longer connect remotely to my cameras as the App has not been updated to fix a problem with 4G (according to what others are saying). It’s been over 1 week now and my 6 security cameras are useless. If the app doesn’t get updated, do I get my money back for the cameras?? Previously happy customer, now very disappointed.

  • 4G access still not available

    Even after the last update of app released, I can’t still access the cameras. Thought the latest update would fix that. Please fix properly.
  • Total Failure. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!

    I have bought 12 of these cameras over the past few years and all have been working well until a few weeks ago when they could not be viewed over the internet or over my Wi-fi. I have not changed any settings, they all just stopped. I’ve spent a lot of money buying these cameras and recommended them to other people but not anymore. I’ve contacted the company ‘Keekoon Vision’ twice but had no response. I bought my cameras from Amazon and I’ve started an investigation with them. I see today the Keekoon have issued an update which states they have corrected a problem with the feeder that permits contact with the cameras over the internet - The update DID NOT WORK!! I bought these cameras at around £65 each but see the exact same camera is not on sale at Amazon at £299!! What is going on Keekoon. ALL CUSTOMERS - DO NOT BUY CAMERAS FROM KEEKOON UNTIL THEY HAVE SORTED THIS PROBLEM. I will leave another review when they have corrected the problem. I’m totally disgusted with this company.

  • Not so great

    Used to work, now when away I can’t access cameras? New updates to iOS night have played a role but one would think the app developers would keep up to date???? 7 worthless cameras now
  • Doesn’t work

    Always when I try to connect from my phone to the camera I get message Device Offline .
  • Rarely connects to camera

    I have 3 cameras set up. One rarely has trouble. The other two almost never connect.
    I’ve pressed “request service” roughly 100 times this morning.
    So frustrating.
    Considering returning all cameras and trying a different brand.
  • Never works when you need it

    This app when working does what you need. Open it, check your camera. The problem is it rarely works. It is incredibly slow and often just can’t connect. A bit of a problem when you are trying to check on your baby.
