Terrible App!!
If your looking to buying the cameras and thinking about how the app will work let me tell you it doesn’t we like the cameras but the app it’s totally useless I would pay to have an app that would work with the cameras at home otherwise this is a total waste of money and time!jvfggiuvcd
No longer works.
Worked great for about 3 weeks. Now won’t connect anymore. Whole point of having a camera is to be able to get alerts when you are away. But nothing now.no workie
Easy setup, lack of security and advanced feats
PRO: Easy setup due to p2p security.
CONS:
-APP only uses P2P so no multiple user accounts if everyone wants to use the free app
-Had to go to help page to enable email alerts, it goes disappearing every once in a while
- Missing an audio only feature. It’d be nice just to listen in for any sounds and maybe even set an notification based on sound.
I had an Foscam/easyN ipcam that’s over five years old and did it everything RIGHT, too bad I accidentally dropped it and had to replace it. Why can’t this be as good?Show lessBrotha Hayes
Requires P2P Mode
For security reasons I restrict the camera access to the local network only and require access via IP address and port (aka IP address mode). While the camera supports both modes, the app only supports P2P mode and therefore requires access to the internet.daveTheMusicFanAddict_II
Good hardware, lacking software
The names of the cameras don’t properly update (keeps reverting), the snapshot doesn’t save the correct aspect ratio (squashes it), and the camera panning is flipped with how it works for each axis.
Otherwise it seems okay, but the software bugs are very amateur level issues.Wisteso

Fix the tilt/pan controls
This is a great camera but the app design misses the mark. Left to right pan control follows opposite rules than the up/down tilt! Pan moves the view while tilt moves the camera. Please fix for 5 starsEternal_I
Really cool
Got this to keep an eye on my dog while at work. Works really well and the picture quality is pretty amazing. I'm not the best at tech but managed to figure out how to connect to wi-fi!Whodey2983
Stopped working on mobile network
Agree with previous review in that this app now only works over wifi and not mobile network with 3G or 4G. Very disappointing as this is the main purpose of having the camera to use when you are away from home. Please fix asap.JHERRON15
Only works on home WIFI - no 4G!!!
Before update i could check on home wifi and via 4G. Now only working on home WIFI. Please sort out...Sharkburger
