    Won’t connect! FIX IT!!!
  • After update Still not work over 3g/4g

    Cameras are still not connecting over 3g/4g After update ?

    Please fix asap
  • Useless!

    So, I have three of the Sotion cameras. I started out with one and it worked good with a different app for a few months. Then the app crashed and they had to create a new app for these cameras which is this app. I went to set up my other two cameras and connect the first one I already had to this app and you can ONLY view each camera if you’re on THEIR OWN WIFI!!! Yes, each camera has its own WiFi!!! Not my home WiFi or if I were to leave my house! What in the HELL is the point of this app!!! Now I have three cameras that are paperweight because I can not return them because customer support told me to wait as they were coming out with a new app! What new app?!!! A junk piece of crap app!!! I’m so mad!

  • Not so great

    App will only connect with the camera plugged into the modem. Won’t recognize any on the WiFi which makes all my other cameras useless.
  • Doesn’t work on 4g on iOS

    Stopped working over data network on iOS 13, needs updating to warrant 5 star review

    I am so tired of worrying with this app.. and trying to connect.. nothing works!!! Now I have a camera that is just money wasted!
  • Fine when it works

    Randomly disconnects or deletes cameras. Or all cameras show online but will not open to camera view. Resetting connection. Force close restart app. Nothing works.

    Doesn’t work via 3G and LTE. Only via WiFi when I’m at home:)) Very bad...
    P.S. For a long time, the connection with cam via 3G or 4G did not work. Now everything is working.

    Cameras works well the connection is horrible. I need to re enter the password every time I log in. The name on my cameras reset every time I go on the app. I’m not sure if it’s the app it self but it’s difficult to give it any thing more than just one star.

    I can now use remote monitoring again. But first I had to delete and re-add all four cameras using their UID. As soon as one is online, I changed my password through the setting. For password to be remembered as default, I deleted and reinserted cameras again with the new password. It takes time but nevertheless, I’m happy I don’t have to buy a new remote system now!
