It’s so convenient and apt to track all products! Kudos to founders
  • Great app with excellent support

I highly recommend this app. I like this app so much I paid for the lifetime subscription. I’ve only had a few problems and the support team has had them resolved in as little as a few minutes of sending them an email; no problem took more than 8 hours to fix. All app support should be this good!
  • Amazing!

This app is fantastic. My kitchen and our consumables has never been so organised.
  • Best app ever!!!

    Love this
  • The suggestions are useless to me & you have been unable to have an option to turn them off

I don’t need all these suggestions. I just want to add the products “I” want to add. The way it is doesn’t work for me. I will probably build an excel spreadsheet.

  • It’s started off well…

This is a great app for tracking your food consumption.

Overall, it is a very well put together app.
… however, over the past couple of months there has been some downtime which is not useful when trying to keep an inventory of all the food you stock and consume, especially when it is down over a weekend.

Ultimately, I’ve decided to move onto a different different app.

Hi, James! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us and we're so sorry hear this. Our team were working on some major improvements at the backend which resulted to temporary downtime. We hope that you will consider trying the app again in the future as we aim to constantly develop this to meet the needs of our users. Thank you!
  • Recipes

I have to submit my own recipes and have them vetted, which takes a couple of days?

    You’re joking right?

And this is AFTER I’ve PAID you?!

    Developer Response

Hi! Regarding your concern, pease also note that in the latest version of the app, we automated the process when the users submit a recipe link, it will be immediately published on their end, provided that these recipe links are supported and following Google template (like the AllRecipes website) and these recipes submitted via link will be available publicly to the users. While for recipes that are being submitted manually, this will be available privately to the users and we have also automated it but in any case the manual submission did not publish immediately, this is the only time we will have to validate the manually submitted recipe (usually it's because the listed ingredients cannot be read by our system). Should you have other concerns or questions, please feel free to drop us an email at support@kitchenpalapp.com. Thank you!
  • Crashes Fix

Thank you the drag and drop work for me!

  • Very Impressed So Far!

Just started using it, but it seems very promising and i can’t wait to see this app firing on all cylinders after a week or two
  • Great but still needs a little bit of improvement

I like the way this organizes the inventory of my kitchen pantry. The more spices, condiments, oils, vinegars, etc. you put in, the better the recipe suggestions. So do not leave out a single spice or ingredient in your kitchen.

One feature I particularly love is when I delete an ingredient because I’ve used it or had to throw it out, it will be added to my shopping list.

A feature I wish this had is to filter by breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner.

There needs to be more variety of cuisines, particularly American cuisine (north, western, Midwest, and southern), sandwiches ideas, snack ideas, and more dessert ideas.

Some ingredients are hard to bring up, like canned pineapple, but when I saw it as a missing ingredient during a recipe search, I saw that it was listed as canned crushed pineapple.

Adding a recipe by hitting the menu icon works well for all meals except breakfast. For some reason, after I select breakfast, it won’t take. Please improve this.

When adding a recipe to the planner, it resets the search, it would be nice if it didn’t do that. I’d like to resume where I was in my search. Being able to heart or favorite a recipe helps alleviate this issue.

    Overall, I’m enjoying this app!

Hi! Thank you for using KitchenPal and for your kind overall feedback about the app. :) Regarding your suggestions about the option to filter recipes by breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner; more variety of cuisines; and retaining the current search when adding a recipe to the planner -we have added these to our list of improvements. About your concern when adding a recipe to your planner for your breakfast, this is definitely unusual and we apologize for this. Could you please write to us at support@kitchenpalapp.com so we can check? We tried to reproduce the issue on our end and so far, it's functioning properly, both when adding a planned recipe from the Recipe page and directly in the Planner page for breakfast meals. Thank you!
