Ihc won’t link to my google home app
Ok so I should have left it alone the first time it linked, but once I reset the device and tried to login again, I get an error saying something went wrong, try again. I’ve tried many times using both email/Facebook credentials, but to no avail. Please advise!Robocop1158
Almost exactly what I needed..
The air conditioner template needs support for Fahrenheit(or I need help learning how to switch to it) - also, it becomes flaky when I have more than six temperature levels.Dinnesdale

Changing my 1 star back to a 5 star it is all working on the RM mini 3 just fine please no more updates because that make it not work leave perfectly how it is okay!!!👌🏽my tv and air conditioner works with Alexa just finequeeninallday

The application is pretty good, but it starts a bit slow. I added the air conditioner but it did not have a fan control button (Swing Function). Should be added with fingerprint login feature. Thanks.Leon.Vo
Does just barely the money minimum to work
Learning an RF signal is so unintuitive that I think it’s impossible. They give you no help. No indication of which devices support it or how to make them work and no way to understand where it failed. Gives you this constant feeling that there is probably a way to do it if you only knew the incoherent and complex steps to make it happen. Scenes are pain staking to setup but they work and you can call them from google home but not Alexa. However the scenes delete their steps and are left empty daily. Without the ability to put together a sequence of remote commands and call them from google or Alexa it’s pretty useless.Show lessdewndr

Recent app update remove timer feature, it is really bad. It was working fantastic before this update. Previously set timer are still working but the interface have no place to check or modify timer setting. I would hope it is a bug. Will see if it going to get fix soon?radiumfu

Don’t know why so many negative feedbacks but the appa worka smothly the moment when it doesn’t work is when you aren’t connected to wifi that is normally otherwise it works great recommend to all normaly you need to buy Broadlink remote controller

Good, but could be better
App works quite well, easy to set up and use, large library of built-in codes and easy to add custom buttons. Only problem is you can’t change the layouts of buttons for the remotes, and the default layout for most devices is pretty bad. For example, for my receiver/amplifier, there’s only 8 buttons visible, taking up the bottom quarter of the screen. The rest is blank (or can show an icon or photo of the device). You have to click the “more” button to bring up more buttons. For some devices it would be nice to at least re-order the buttons. For 1 device i only get a volume up button on the main remote screen and have to hit “more” to get to volume down. Would be a solid 5 stars if the layout of the remotes could be customizable.Show lesszelphior

UPDATE: ALL MY SCENES BECAME EMPTY TODAY IM MAD AS HELL, SO MUCH TIME WASTED!!
The app is trash.. plain and simple. To add RF remote functions it literally take 10 attempts and constant resets.. some RF remotes just won’t work at all. There are hardly any pre programmed devices just a few Chinese ones. I lost ALL MY SETTINGS when I reset the RM PRO. I WAS FURIOUS. Basically it needs a lot of work and I doubt it’ll ever be great.Show lessmrAssman
Siri Shortcuts
Broadlink is now available on IFTTT, this works partially with Siri Shortcuts, but adding shortcuts to the app itself would make broadlink devices much more useful with Siri!
I wish broadlink supported HomeKit either via software update like WeMo did or even with a bridge like many hardware companies are doing...
