  • This app is garbage

    I gave it one star only because it won’t let me give zero. This app is absolute garbage, between mobile deposits not working (the only reason i use the app in the first place), to the app automatically reseting your password, to now apparently the app crashing every-time i try to open it (it doesn’t even make it to the login/password interface!!). I cannot stress this enough, this app is absolute trash. In an era when basic technology like a bank app is the bare minimum to provide your costumers, this makes me incredibly disappointed in Glacier Bank. My wife and I even discussed moving our money out of Glacier for that reason.

  • This is actually serious, Glacier

    These bank apps are evolving to be the main, if not exclusive way people interact with their banks. The fact that another bank had an awesome app is one of the main reasons we switched all but one seldom used account.

    This is why Glacier should perhaps consider hiring a new developer. I don’t think you grasp the seriousness of having a 2.3 star app in this day and age! This app is you!!

    I was hoping the last update would finally fix the ridiculousness of being instantly logged back in with facial recognition upon logging out. Sadly, no.

    Of course all the people at the actual bank are always fabulous to work with! But the problem is, we hardly ever have need to physically go in to Glacier, (Mountain West) or our new bank, anymore.
  • Still has bugs

    For several years now I’ve noticed the mobile app does not show all transactions made. I still have to log in on a computer to find missing transactions. For example a deposit made on June 29th will not show in the mobile app, but it will show up when you log in using a computer and going through the Glacier Bank website. I’ve reported it many times, but no one seems to care enough to fix it...so balancing the checkbook is quite frustrating every month.
  • Face ID is annoying on this app

    Face ID is annoying on this app and needs to be fixed. As soon as you sign out, Face ID immediately pops up again and signs you right back into the app unless you turn the camera away in time to avoid detection. There needs to be added features to manage profiles and account info as well, like updating addresses, etc.
  • Decent app I can no longer use

    I personally never have had an issue with this app in the last 2 years I’ve used it. But recently every time I attempt to log in I get an error saying “we’re sorry but we are experiencing an issue accessing your account. Please try again later” I have no idea how to fix this if someone knows please let me know.
  • Pathetic excuse for an app

    This app is so far behind it never updates on time I just had a family member send me some money and it’s still not showing up in my account this is the first issue I’ve had with it but it’s one too many also no Face ID that I could find I have to type in my password every time also they do not update frequent enough most apps update at least twice a month we’re lucky if this one updates once a month needs an update badly and in desperate need of some new features these developers must not know what they are doing because they can’t keep up
  • Horrible app

    This is by far one of the worst apps i have downloaded very unprofessional. I spoke to management several times in a row month after month this app has had my account over drawn in the negatives more then twice!!!! Management then tells me do i keep track of my money with a check book or receipts?! No... thats why we trusted our bank with this app. Like I said very unprofessional . I highly suggest not downloading this app unless you want to be swindled out of your money
  • Bill pay non functional

    I have been banking with Glacier family of banks since 2011. I have 6 different accounts with them. The mobile app has never been as robust as the other financial institutions I deal with, but I usually got my business done.

    Since January 1, 2020, I have been unable to pay any bills using “bill pay”. Either on my iPhone or using my laptop. I have contacted Glacier Bank 4 times on this problem and have not had any response from them and the problem persists to this day! I am ready to pull my money out and go with another bank that has up to date software and a support staff that is both competent and professional enough to communicate with customers when there are problems.

  • Terrible

    This app invalidates your password periodically to the point where the app is useless. Three times in the last few months I’ve had to reset my password despite my extensive efforts to be sure I wasn’t just mistyping or forgetting it. In fact, by the third time I saved it in my phone passwords, wrote it on paper, and texted it to myself from another phone. But, without fail, three weeks later the password wouldn’t work. To make matters worse, each time I called the “help service” employee gave me an entirely different answer. This app must is poorly maintained, don’t waste your energy.

    They need to do something different. The app is trash and so Is some of the banks. The app for my new bank is so good! They will send me notifications on when my account is low and when I have over drafted. The bank I use through this app is terrible. Didn’t close out my account when I asked them to and then charged me over draft fees for a whole month without my knowledge. Neither the bank or the app alerted me of this and now $200 later hopefully my account will finally be closed. I would personally say to use another banking system because this one obviously doesn’t care about you.
