Garbage
I downloaded the app to see the “real-time” arrival of the Metro Rail in my area. It uses the outdated color scheme instead of the letters that Metro assigned to each rail line. Then the stations disappear after you select one of the rail lines. Tried restarting the app. Nothing. Restarted my cellphone. Nothing. Deleted the app and downloaded it again. Same problem. I’ve never seen a worse app for the iPhone. Did a five-year old who took a summer coding class develop it? It’s permanently deleted now.

I don’t get it.
Pretty sure this is the worst app I’ve ever interfaced with. I don’t see how it can help anyone get to where they need to be on the train. It’s a major metropolitan area, why can’t our transport system information tech be in this century? I will delete it as soon as I am done writing this sentence.
It’s just a map database
I was expecting to have some real time information on bus routes, as it advertises, but really it’s just maps of bus routes. Useful, but ultimately not as helpful as I hoped.

No Trip Planning feature
It’s nice this app gives you all the details of the bus routes. However I don’t think I’ll be using this app much since there’s no trip planning features.
** Need To Update***
A note for the developers: I would love for this Metro app to enable users to purchase passes through the app, much like the Metrolink app. This would eliminate the stress(and safety)of buying/reloading passes through the Metro kiosks. :)
Excellent public transportation
I like that the bus is an affordable means of transportation. I can go to my favorite coffee shop, Coffee MCO, via subway and bus to get to my destination. Thank you!!
Not very good app, No Times are displayed
The older Transit App was much better. Using Metro today no bus times are listed. Oh sure Bus Stops appear, but are empty. Hence mostly worthless, I already knew the line and stops. I need to know when the buses are…
Useless!!!!
All it says is “refresh route info. “ you can refresh till your finger falls off but it never takes you to the bus line or tells you when the bus is coming. You can restart your phone 100 times and it still doesn’t work. Piece of crap.
