Still doesn’t work
Haven’t been able to log in through the app for months. Error message says “Unable to Bind/Authenticate to the Active Directory Server (OpenDS). Thought it would be fixed with the latest update but still the same error. No issues logging in with a browser on laptop.DisappointingUpdate
Terrible app cannot log in!
Tried many times to login and reset password. App keeps telling me it emailed me the link to reset password butI never receive it!cruizinqueen

This is one of the worse apps I’ve ever dealt with. It’s impossible to get signed in & it says it will send an email to reset password but it never arrives even though the email address is correct & it isn’t in my spam file. It is totally useless. There was NO WAY I could get into the app to check in for my upcoming cruise. I’ve given up & I'm not the only one who has had problems with it. It needs a total redesign.Show lessSkeeterketa

Would have been nice to try out. Can’t use your RC log in. Go to create one for the site and it won’t load. So. The reviews are legit. Time to remove your app from the store.JenSpur
