App is great, if you can get logged in
It’s easy to use and very helpful however more then half the time I am unable to log in. Always getting stuck on the verification screen or getting a ‘device registration error’
I pay $40 a month through my bank to use this feature, it would be nice if the app worked.honesttogoodness1
This app is horrible
It quits logging you in with your biometric after a week or so of use. It will then ask you your security question and will never authenticate you. The only way to get it to work again is to uninstall the app / reinstall and completely log back it. FIX YOUR APP, I pay for the ability to remotely deposit my business checks and waste time with your glitchy app!Show lessScubabully

App doesn’t work!
Every time I answer the security question it gets stuck processing the answer and I can’t ever get in! I’d use this app all the time if it would just work! PLEASE FIX IT!!T.Anthony1
You can go to the bank faster
What a piece of garbage. You’ll be shooting photos of each check at least ten times and then the scanned amount is ALWAYS off from the real amount by 10 to 20 cents. Just like their online checking website, poorly designed and full of bugs. Don’t waste the monthly fee of $25.00, just drive to the bank.Show lessn0r00t4u

Device registration error
Every time I try to sign in, I have to delete the app and redownload it. It’s quite annoying.
It doesn’t register the security questions answers and just sits there loading until I delete it. Even though I use the Touch ID to sign in.
I can never get into twice in a row.

Broken App
For being a bank this is not even close to par. I have to reload the app at least once a week because it fails to load after submitting the security answer. I really hope KeyBank decides to hire better developers for its next round of updates.customer801
