Not able to log in
This app doesn't allow me to log in, keeps telling me my log in is invalid. I then switch screens and log in with no problem through the website. Why bother having this app available for download when it doesn't work? Thanks for wasting my time.Johnsonthj

Verify the title of the app you installed from the app store is KeyBank Mobile, and not Key Total Treasury Mobile Deposit. Every update with this company has issues. Login fails even though my user name and password are correct. They updated something else and my deposits are now mangled as well, time to switch banks...hawk*95

Seems that Key forgot to mention that if you are searching for the new app they keep telling us we must move to is not listed in the App Store for iPads, only iPhones. I loaded it on to my phone and it works fine. Now, how about the iPad version?

You may also download the new KeyBank Mobile iPhone app by filtering for iPhone only in the top search navigation menu. Verify that the title of the app is KeyBank Mobile and not Key Total Treasury.
