Great for pros and beginners alike!
I’m getting back into strength/weights training for the first time in nearly a decade and this app is a phenomenal tool. I was able find a program online and enter it into this app (one workout for each day of the 12-week program I found). Not only have I been able to adjust my workouts depending on what my gym has available, but it keeps me motivated knowing I’ll be able to compare progress with my beginning reps/weight versus where I’ll be in a few months. The paid version is totally worth it for being able to enter a whole week’s-worth of workouts.Show lessDeveloper Response

Yes, as a free user, you can only use 2 workouts. If you pay the yearly subscription, you would pay 2,50$ a month. If that is too much for someone is something everyone has to decide for himself. However, what I can say is that this amount adds up with a growing userbase and helps me as a developer to focus more time on this app. This means that the value of this app will increase by adding features and solving issues. Easy to develop workouts and track progress. Exactly what I have been looking for. But latest update the app is not usable. The app crashes every time I go edit anything. Loved the app until this.Developer Response
Hey, There seems to be an issue regarding editing which I am already investigating. Please send me an email (martin.pietrowski@devpie.de) to explain me where exactly the app crashes. For example, does it crash immediately after opening the edit view or after scrolling? Unfortunately I am currently not able to repoduce this issue on my test device.Best free weightlifting tracker
The new updates with timer and edits are exactly what it needed.
Effective and simple for 5x5 routines or other basic lifting programs.Built in timer?

Not gonna give it one less star for what it doesn’t have. But wish I could back it up on some type of cloud for .99 version. Would pay for the. I’m giving it 5 stars for what it is. Simple and works all the time. No clutter. Straight forward. Not forcing me to pay for crap I don’t need. I need a gym log. Paper is going out of style. I carry my keys headphone and water bottle inside the gym. I don’t wanna be carrying something else like a notebook. Thank you for this app. It works.Show less
