Needs a major update
The app and idea are very cool, but I’m shocked to see the app was last updated 2 years ago. This means that the aspect ratio isn’t correct for the latest iPhones and it won’t fill the screen completely. This is a really simple update for a developer to complete. There are also some minor usability things that should be fixed. If these issues are resolved I would give it 5 stars, but for now I have to give it 3.Show lessibrennan87
Thoughts on this app
This App is an amazing app. It’s good for looking at amazing cars. I use it all the time and would recommend it to others. One downside is that it isn’t full screen on the iPhone X, XR, and XS/XS max. Other than that it’s an amazing app!Nathan Vattana
Phenomenol idea, executed mediocrely
The VINWIKI guys are true car guys. The app has tons of uses. Fun fact: it’s the only plate to vin converter that’s free-and it’s an unadvertised extra. I was able to find the vin to a car I owned 10 years ago.Pedro-Juanes-Lopez
Good idea, bad execution
I love the idea, a user based car fax. The problem it’s very spammy, lot of people just post garbage on garbage cars. Lots of functions you’ld think it should have, but it doesn’t. Has some functions it should never have: such as ability to edit someone else’s master image on a car or the master entry of that car.

What an amazing app
Thanks to this app I was able to see the true story of the car I was looking to buy. I used this info to enter into some shrewd negotiation with the owner of the car. I eventually got him down 4 grand from the original price. I ended up crashing the car, a (Lamborghini Gaillardo) but that’s no problem with the app. Thank you VinkWiki.Show lessex1298
Stop rating one star due to data loss please!
It is a great app and the 10/31 incident happened when their backup overwritten everything, NOT the dev teams fault. There can be some new features but please stop rating it one star due to a product that malfunctioned. Also, be happy you don’t have to pay for such a great app! 🤩🤗Dasheo123
Possible Bug Fix Needed
Great app!! I love the idea of vinwiki. One issue which is why it gets 4 stars, when I go to my profile, it says I have 13 posts, but I can’t see any of my posts. It seems as if I have never posted any VIN for any cars (I know I have posted 13 cars)CarolinaStig

I love this app very much, lets me log my car. Like a social media just for cars. Only wish their was a newer update and that it was supported on ipad, and kept previous posts.Thatonekid426

I find the interface a little difficult to use. I also question just how much information I want to share about my personal vehicle. I worry a little about security. Perhaps I'm just a Luddite.Peter.Hughes
Used to be great
I loved this app, I had 95 posts and posted every time I found a cool car. That was fine until the database was lost and all of my posts are gone. This app is supposed to be a way to keep track of vehicles history but that doesn't work when your database is erased. The app is also broken in that I can't look at my followers, who I follow, and cars I follow. It used to be an amazing app, now it's just broken.Show lesspetercha000
