Every time I try and click to type my login information it clicks out of the app completely! I can’t login to add money or Anything! Please fix#noimnotkaren
Functional, but update is needed
Adding auto fill for card info would be a welcome improvement to this app. Also, I really don’t need a receipt emailed to me every time I buy a Snickers bar. My email notifications are all turned off in my prefs. Yet the receipts still come.
My workplace break room doesn’t have vending machines–it has a CK kiosk. Frankly I think we’d all prefer vending machines. There’s little to no difference in choice or variety, and vending machines still accepted cash, last time I checked. Plus the bulky CK kiosk/display takes up a whole lot of space, and our break room has room enough for three tables and not much more.Show lessgimmedatsammich
Forgets who you are, then doesn’t let you log in
I can’t use the app to scan my barcode because it doesn’t work when I need it to. I can log in to the CK website, but not this app. Other methods are faster and more reliable than this app.Mike Verzella
Crashes
Crashes every time I try to enter my user name and password. Also logs me out all the time and doesn’t save my password from apple. Pointless app, overpriced food.dunchbox23
Reload with Apple Pay Doesn’t Work
After the latest update, I was happy to see that they added a feature to allow you to reload your account using Apple Pay. However, I tried to do just that and it doesn’t actually work. Aside from that, I haven’t had any issues using the app.ER2300
App is buggy
I got this because my work is using this now. It has so much promise but so many weird, querky, or just broken functions. For instance, want to reload you CK card from ApplePay? Good luck because it doesn’t work. Also the app just seems to load things slowly overall. Could be a great app but poor UX design and things that just don’t work are a deal breaker.Show lessBrentSpiner
Won’t load
My app won’t load anything at all and I can’t just get food without paying for it this needs fixedcountrygirl846
Email should be a required field
I tried to load up a new card and it wouldn't let me do it because "bill_to_email" was not filled in. I didn't recognize that label during the registration process. There however was an Email field. So I went back to my profile and added it. I was only then allowed to reload my card. If you made this field required in the first place I wouldn't be leaving you a bad review.Show lessdfgdfgjj
App is terrible
This App is lousy I have set up a account I have tried 3 times to reset my password and I receive nothing in my email don’t use this app.Walkthedinosaur!
App useless cannot log in
It has been months since I submitted a support ticket, still no response to it. I can log into tge website fine, but I cannot log into the iPhone app using the same UN/PW. Ridiculous.Safari displays better
