  • Apple Pay not available. Do something before you become the next Wawa/Target

    When is Apple Pay support coming to the CK app reload and your kiosks? In 2020, it’s unacceptable to not support this. I don’t want to give you my actual credit card number. Be proactive and give us this extra protection.

    People have been asking for this for 3 years and it’s still MIA. Seems like abandon ware.

  • Unable to log in

    I’ve just made an account, can’t log in. Reset my password, still can’t log in. I would give 0 stars if possible. I just want some snacks at work, man.
  • Can’t log in

    I’ve downloaded and re-downloaded the app numerous times and I’m still getting errors that say I need to change my password. Changed my password and still getting the same error.
  • Not great

    The idea behind this app is great. The usability and functionality however is very poor– the app is super clunky, and the webpage for password resetting is even worse..
  • Can even get into app

    My user name and password never works for the app I can only get into the website! A lot of the jobs now are only letting us use the app but it doesn’t work!
  • Login error!!!! just bring your own food

    Been having trouble logging in on the app called customer service and they told me to check back with them tomorrow they were no help, so I had no lunch for that day. Horrible app and customer service!!
  • Payment options

    I hate having to type in my card information every time I add money. If only I could save my card info or pay with maybe paypal
  • Slow App and missing features

    This app screams for Apple Wallet and Apple Pay functionality. Those two would definitely improve the UX. As it stands now it is a VERY slow application. Recommend avoiding and just using the barcode elsewhere
  • Pretty easy app

    TWO things that should be implemented ASAP. A) feedback option. I recently bought an egg salad sandwich and the egg was a very odd texture which completely ruined the sandwich for me (the egg made squeaky noses when I chewed it). I opened the app to report this and was surprised to find no place to offer feedback about their products. B) When I open the app, there are three options in the contact us selection (request product, ask for refund, questions about account). Keep in mind you are signed into your account on the app. Each contact selection requires me to manually fill in fields which should be auto populated (I.e., email address, account number, etc.). Other than these two things, it is a very user friend app.
