Premium taken away (and then got it back!)
With that said, since it was relatively painless to get it fixed and because I do genuinely like the app, I’m updating my review to 5 stars. The simplicity of it is exactly why I like it - the clean look and straightforward tracking without any additional bulk is exactly why I like it enough to have gotten premium in the first place. A lot of habit tracking apps have (in my opinion) unnecessary extra features, but this one is just a very pleasant, clean, straightforward way to keep track of your streaks, which is exactly what I needed.

Hi Sarah, could you please email us at support+done@reflectly.app and we'll assist you asap? 😊 We had a bug a few weeks ago that enabled our users to access their premium features, received tons of messages, and upgraded everyone manually but we're still working our way through the messages - for this reason, please do reach out with your Purchase ID and you'll have your premium back in no time ✨ Thanks for your patience, looking forward to assist you further 💛 The Do'ers
Unsophisticated
Having read reviews it seems that updates have made the app buggy, and valuable features have been removed. For example, you can’t have a yearly habit or a fortnightly habit. And when I asked why they had been removed, the support person couldn’t tell me the reason because they didn’t know.
Also today the app says I still have three tasks to do, but I know I only have two.
It’s frustrating because I like the simple interface, but it just feels like there’s so much more that could be offered for the premium price asked. Many other types of app in the App Store provide more functionality, are more sophisticated and you can see and feel what you are paying for in terms of development and delivery, for less cost. So regrettably I have cancelled my subscription within the one week free trial period. Let’s see if they still charge me. Now I have to try and find another habit app so many out there it’s mind-boggling. I can’t test them all.

Hey there, thank you for your review. We appreciate all the feedback, it helps us as we continuously strive for improving our app 🤓 We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our app 😞 We are considering your request to add monthly and bi-weekly habits (you did not mention yearly habits at the chat to the best of my knowledge), just as we do with all feature requests. We kindly ask for your patience regarding this. We are sorry to see you go - obviously, we will not charge you if you cancel your free trial. Hope to see back one day, the Habit Tracker team

Aesthetically pleasing but has BIG BUT(t)S

"Frustrating - Technical Issues with Persistent Offers and Unfulfilled Purchases
There is a “limited” offer shown every single time you open the app for a lifetime pro subscription. You have to X out every single time to return to your main habit page.
Twice, I actually purchased the offer just to make it go away, but it was never applied to my account. I never received the pro version even though I was charged for it, and the offer popup kept appearing. Fortunately, Apple reimbursed me. I also reached out to the provider's customer service but received no response.
I guess this is how you lose customers. I don’t understand how they can push an offer so aggressively and then fail to fulfill it when purchased. Disappointed…
Keeps crashing
They are getting greedy
If someone from the company is reading this: your app has the potential to do so much good. It really helped me before you started so aggressively trying to make people buy more and more every time they open the app. I am trying to improve my life and it makes the process way less enjoyable and calm. I have paid for the app. I shouldn’t have to deal with a sales pitch every time I open it. You won’t get huge numbers of people using the app if you continue to be, so, with all due respect, greedy. Please consider changing and letting people just enjoy the app they paid for.
