Was offered a yearly free trial with Reflectly

I was offered a free yearly trial with reflectly I paid a life time membership for that. Been trying to get more routine and habits in my life I also have ADHD autism and we with adhd like routines just not so boring and repetitive with the same things so this allows to have a little fun with the habits I’m trying to do like 4000 steps a day or eat breakfast or shower 4 times a week things like that. I am checking out gratitude app and the TimeBloc one seems to be pretty good. I previously had Microsoft todo as it doesn’t charge for anything at all. I recommend that one for tasks and lists and if you are trying to do a routine you can set times for everything as well. I don’t agree with paying for a app for anything really a lot of them are scams for money in disquise. I’ve tried Tiimo it didn’t do anything really to help me and it claims it’s for ADHD and well it helps for some but for me it was boring. It’s got to be something my brain likes and enjoys for me to be committed to it. I’m still trying to figure this out more and the other apps but no crashing problems or ads here on my end. I recommend it if you get a yearly free trail plan or maybe a lifetime membership to it.

Good app but annoying pop up never stops

I really like this app, and I use it every day. But every time I open it, I’m shown an ostensibly limited offer for a reduced rate on the premium version. Every time I open the app, I have to cancel this notification, not once but twice. Every time I have to do that, just to log a habit entry, I think about deleting the app and finding an alternative. Please, can you give me an option to disable this permanently? I would love to give this five stars, because the UI is excellent and I like the graph features. But until the infuriating pop up is gone, I’ll always be eying the door.

Bug, please fix.

I love this app - but this bug is very annoying. I’ve paid upgraded to the lifetime subscription even though I’m 100% sure I did that in the past anyway. Nevertheless I’ve done it again but it won’t let me past the subscription screen, it keeps on prompting me to resubscribe. But it’s taken the money from my credit card. I’ve tried everything from turning my phone off to rebooting the app and even deleting and reinstalling the app.
It’s recognised that I purchased the lifetime subscription but won’t let me add new habits without pushing me back to the subscription purchase screen.

Please stop with the countdown of “special offer ending”

Since my last review about the annoying countdown offers, there are now TWO overlapping ones. Please please please stop all of this.
***
This supposed “limited time special offer ending”countdown has been on the app for years - please think of something else. I’m still never going to pay for pro, because there will likely be something else annoying always popping up - and the temptation for removal of this incessant “offer” pop up would be the only reason to do so. It’s the oldest, laziest trick in the app marketing playbook, and it’s tired. Please do better.

Could use some improvement

I appreciate the simple design, the colors, the interface, and the vibration when a habit is complete. The premium is great but doesn’t come with that many more perks. Some improvements or features that can be added to the next update are: - a quick jump between today, yesterday, tomorrow. (instead of clicking on the calendar then day). Like a line with the days of the week over the “all day/ morning/ afternoon/evening”. - being able to select which day weekly habits repeat (you can’t do this now, it will automatically repeat on the day you created the habit). - not asking you every time if you’re sure you want to undo adding a tally to a habit - add monthly habit option - update emoji selection - summary % of how many habits completed overall per day -summary chart has one overall chart for all habits so you can follow trends. - more color options. - health app sync improvements (glitch doesn’t correctly track the number of steps). - being able to include times or timers for habits - having a habit archive: here you can dump a list of habits you want to work on and will add in time. - more appearance features. - adding an option of timeline for when you want to complete the habits each day. This app is great but an update is necessary. I would be disappointed if there isn’t one coming soon.

Save your money and buy something else

I purchased the full version but I can’t add any more than three habits, the offer to purchase the bundle never goes away and when I restore my purchases or try to purchase it again it just goes round in circles. I’ve emailed support twice and have had no response or help. If I could I’d give a 0/5 which is a shame because the app has great potential

My lifetime access was revoked and they won’t talk to me

I bought the lifetime premium version years ago, soon after I started using the app. Months ago it suddenly got revoked. No explanation, no warning. The “restore purchases” button does nothing. The app insists I have to pay them another twenty quid to keep using the bonuses I bought “lifetime” access to!

I’ve emailed support five times, I’ve sent them my purchase reference and screenshots of my confirmation email, I’ve submitted screenshots of the app pestering me to buy the upgrade I bought years ago, and NOTHING! No response at all. The issue has persisted past multiple updates, and at this point I suspect it’s never going to be resolved.

So be warned - that “lifetime” access they want you to pay for apparently doesn’t mean much. 🙁

Intolerable promotional banners

I’ve been a long time paid user of Done and I still use it daily - does a simple thing really well. Some of the recent UI changes have been a mixed blessing but functionally it does just what I want.

So I’d love to continue with it, but the incessant badgering to upgrade to a bundle with subscription pricing for features I don’t need or want is making it almost unusable. Every time I open the app. And I do mean EVERY SINGLE TIME! I’m presented with a full screen upgrade message I have to wait to dismiss, with a ‘limited time’ countdown that runs out and then just starts over. After which an ever present banner obscures the bottom of the screen.

It’s a pretty bad sign when an otherwise happy user who actively likes and wants to use the product is so put off by such and utterly infuriating and apparently never ending ‘offer’ they take to an angry 1-star review just to say: ‘No, I’m okay thanks, just let me use the thing I paid for and let me turn off this promo PERMANENTLY.’ 🤯

Huge disappointment.

Wow. I cannot believe how this app turned from being so beautifully simple to un unbearably slow and glitchy. The previous update had already messed with the functionality of the app with all its promos for bundle buys and restricted choices. After updating the app to the newest version, scrolling was incredibly slow or the screen kept freezing altogether. The next time I opened the app, my habits of five years were gone, things that I had meticulously wanted to keep track of, and the app had reset to yearly subscription. I am unable to restore to the lifetime purchase I had initially bought and can only work with three habits.
This app has become incredibly frustrating and now a ripoff for those who had already bought what was a then dubbed ‘lifetime’ access. I’m beyond believe. I loved using this app for years.

Too pushy with subscription

I just wanted an easy-to-navigate app to help with building habits. Done app (free version) seemed to tick my very basic boxes. However when I open the app, a pop up screen with a ‘limited time offer’ subscription comes up. At first I ignored it because I thought it was a welcome offer for new users. However after a month I still get that pop up EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the app to check in. Which is annoying and defies the definition of ‘limited time’. Soooo, I will be looking for another app that isn’t so pushy with their subscription.
