Weekly habits are bad. Widget is bad. Reminder feature is bad.

I started using this app a while ago so I still use it because of habit, but the widget use to be much better. If you could at least go back to sorting the habits on the widget that would be great. I don’t understand why the 4 habits on the widget are preset and I used to love being able to move the habits into/out of the widget throughout the day as I completed the morning ones and the evening ones still needed to be done. Now I’m stuck forever with 4 random habits on the widget which makes it pretty pointless to me. Also, regarding the reminders setting. I remember previously, that you would only get a reminder for a specific habit IF you had not completed that reminder before that time of day. I don’t see that option anymore and it’s annoying to get reminders for things that I already did. Please bring that feature back.

ADDENDUM for version 3.0.1. Weekly habits now start on Sunday and end on Saturday, yes this is the case even after you go and specify in the app that you want your weeks to start any other day than Sunday, your weekly habits will start counting since Sunday and end on Saturday. Extremely annoying. Please fix this soon!!

Needs a few tweaks

4 years ago I tried this app however the reminders even after tasks had been marked as complete was annoying. Unfortunately this still hasn’t been resolved from what I gather. Up until one of the most recent updates you used to see how many days in a row you’d completed a task when marking it done. Now you have to open the tasks to see the streaks which is a bummer. Other than that the app is great, I often complete all my tasks for the day which is great.

Removal of features makes this app no longer perfect

I miss the ability to see how long ago I last did each item. The removal of this feature was very disappointing & makes me unwilling to update this app again in fear they’re just going to remove more features with each update. I don’t understand why they would remove the ability to see when you last performed an action, and move it to an entirely separate application. I don’t want to have to check or use multiple apps for something so basic. Done was so perfect before and helped a ton with habit building, but with the splitting of these features into separate products, i am looking to see if another app exists with this combined functionality. Furthermore, I hate that I had paid a one time fee to get premium features and they decided to switch to a subscription model. Very disappointing.

Not worth it

Definitely not loving it. I bought the premium membership thinking it would make organizing easier but the premium membership is literally just for you to create more than 3 habits you can track. Nothing extra. Also if you really have this app to stay organized it’s pretty annoying. There’s no way to organize it in ascending or descending order based on what’s already completed for the day. If you have a bunch of habits you have to keeeeep scrolling though to see what hasn’t been done despite the reminders option it still would be nice to see it upfront. Also it’s color coded and shows bar graphs for each individual tasks… why would there not be one full graph showing which tasks are completed more than others? These just seem like pretty basic features the app is lacking especially for something you have to pay for. Not a bad app but should be free 100%. I can’t imagine recommending it to anyone just to keep a to do list that you can’t stay fully organized with.

It’s actually kind of funny how crazy this is!

I downloaded after seeing an ad on tiktok and it looked very helpful but it’s definitely not!! My biggest reason being it only allows you to have 3 habits before you have to PAY THEM for making a CHECK LIST lmaoo! First, I wanna get this out of the way, the tiktok ad… false advertising! Nowhere did I see that on the video! The only thing that could be argued as a “warning” would be where it says there’s in app purchases but that could be anything. A majority of apps I see with that and are similar to this one (aka self help apps), the in app purchases are extra bonus features. An example is on an app I have to do a daily check in, one of the extras are videos teaching you about mental health such as anxiety or stress. That makes sense why it would cost extra. The main function/feature of the app doesn’t cost anything unlike this app! This leads me to my next point… I believe this app is a scam! Honestly, who would benefit from having only 3 habits on their list?? At that point it’d be easier and cheaper just to write the list down either as a check list or even a sign in your room or something!

the billing service is a scam.

I have nothing to say about the application; it's great. But the billing service is a scam.
I had subscribed to the promotion 7$ 1 year then price after but they changed me 54$. I disputed the bill but they told me they can't correct it and that it's a bug that happens sometimes. They offer me other services to calm me down without refunding my money.
They are thieves.

Great app to complete daily tasks

I really love the app - it’s helped me to stay focused and motivated to complete daily tasks, and I’ll continue to use it.

Feature request: the red badge number on the app icon can represent the number of tasks across all habits, not just the number of habits.

For example, I have a habit to work on my language studies twice a day. When I mark that I studied in the morning, the red badge number reduces by one because I’ve made progress on the habit, even though I still have another task associated with that habit later on that day. When I look at the red badge number, I want it to represent the number of tasks I have for the day, not the number of habits I have. Otherwise, it seems my only option is to create two separate habits to represent language learning when I want to do that twice per day, but that disrupts the great data visualization, at least in the way that I would like to view them. Perhaps there is a way to adjust the red badge number to represent tasks instead of habits, but if there is, it’s unclear how to do so in the app.

Otherwise, thank you for a great app and I’m looking forward to continuing to build my habits.

Mostly good

I really like this app. It works with my ADHD. I have been getting more done, and it lets me visualize which tasks I’m having trouble completing, which then lets me think about how to make them easier. The app generally works fine, and it’s nice to look at. Bright, streamlined, not cluttered, easy to interact with. This is all great. But, two weird things I don’t get.

First, the color palette where I choose the background for my tasks changed today without warning. My old tasks still appear in the old colors, but I can’t make a new task in the old vivid yellow, only in a new, muted yellow. So being who I am (and someone who relies on color coding), I have to go through and change alllllllll the tasks so they match again. Sigh…okay.

Also, the ability to make a monthly task seems to have vanished. I made a monthly task when I first got the app, so I know it was an option before. Went to make another today, and I’m given the options of daily or weekly tasks only. Why? I only need to do some chores twice a month! This is basic.

These issues are pretty minor, I’m not going to stop using the app or anything. But they are annoying. It’s possible I’m just missing something, in which case consider the fifth star removed for confusing design. I looked everywhere for that monthly option!

Beware of “gifts”!! A scam!

The app advertised a deal to upgrade for an annual price deal of $12 but it charged me full price $73 instead! This is disappointing and misleading to the consumer and I wish I could get a refund or at least the $12 price I was expecting.

Definitely not worth $73 for this app.

Fab app to keep on track!

Love this app, it’s kept me on my targets (or at least helped me see where there’s room for improving!). It’s very satisfying and motivating watching the bars filling up, keeps you going!

This was actually the only place I could find to contact the done people - I’m been stuck with the offer at the top of my targets for as long as I can remember. I wanted to add an 8th target, which apparently needs upgrading, which I’m happy to do on the offer, but when you click the offer it asks for full price?
