I wish when you booked your camp, it automatically uploaded to your calendar. Is there a way to do this? Otherwise the app works fine.
Love Burn, don’t love this app
This app leaves a lot to be desired. The number one function I use it for is to book camps and focus meetings, but it will no longer sync to my calendar. Please fix this!!!!!
Yay Burn! Boo this terrible app.
The app is just not even good. It logs me out constantly and doesn’t save your password nor allow for Face ID log in. More than half of the tabs don’t do anything and so much is redundant.
Improvements Needed
The app doesn’t upload the renewal to your membership right away, so you can’t sign up for camps. Along with that, the app doesn’t allow you to purchase one month, six month, or yearly memberships on the app, which is inconvenient as it is not easy to get in touch with someone at your camp’s front desk.

Class schedule
I really wish Burn would update the class schedule on the booking tab, so you know what class you are attending. Instead you have to visit the instagram or other social media page to see what workout is happening
Missing 2 functions
1) When a course is full, it would be amazing if we can get notified by text when someone drops so we can add ourselves to the camp instead of constantly checking throughout the day to see if space is available.
2) There needs to be a counting function that tells you how many camps you’ve visited throughout the year.

Can’t sign up for camps
I have tried several times to book a camp and it tells me “We had trouble booking this. Try again.” I have signed out, deleted app, reloaded, and nothing works.
Never works
This app is so temperamental. It goes from working to never working again. The front desk at the gym has tried to help me a few times doing things, but it’s not user error it’s very clearly the app. It’s kind of annoying paying so much for a gym and the app doesn’t even work. Not up to the usual Burn standard…

Sign in issues
Stop making me have to resign into the app every week. Seems random because my password does not expire but I have to resign in for no reason. Also happens to my wife more often then me. Just annoying. I’ll update my review if/when this is fixed
Attendance & Calendar need upgrade
I wish there was a way to keep up with my attendance for THIS year and not just total camps since joining. Also the updated version does not add camps to my calendar (only focus meetings).
