Poor app, poor company
I realised no money had been taken from my account, and contacted customer support, who informed me that although i had added a car, it doesn’t add it for autopay, and i cannot pay for the 2 occasions i parked prior.
A couple days later, i have 2 parking fines come through the post, they can do nothing to help, i have to appeal, and funnily enough, the companies website they use, crashes when i try to appeal, avoid where possible, they’ll catch you out at every possible chance they get
