  • i loved it a lot, now there are bats and i love it so much more

i liked this app for giving me an extra place to go when i'm anxious, and it's been super pleasant altogether, but today there were bats and it made me finally write a review. the app is easy to use, very calm colors and nice music (that will play under other sounds, i believe. i've been listening to podcasts with it open and it just adds nice background music). i love the snail that circles the pot, and i love the descriptions that come with seedlings. the modeling is simple but definitely not underdetailed, and i love the way your plants develop. sometimes there are leaves falling in the small space of the world your plants occupy, sometimes the colors change. but today there were bats flying around my plant and it completely made my day. there are tiny bats in my little calm world. i love it.
edit: my plants are gone ! i suddenly have the same pot style but all of my grown up plants are replaced with random types of seedlings. i was trying to find a way to start a new or additional pot, regardless, but just that it wasn't my choice, just a bug, makes me sad. additionally, i would like some more explanation for the menu controls, since i have no idea what half the buttons do. either way, i still love the app, it just needs some bugs worked out !!

  • I like it, don’t need too much attention

Enjoy checking my plant once two days.
One thing I do want to recommend for an update of the app is that
I think it would be great if the wether is the same as where I really am.
  • Love at first bud

I was recommended this app by an acquaintance after a really rough time in my life and I can safely say that the calming music and atmosphere and very act of growing and mildly caring for virtual succulents helped keep me calm in otherwise heavily anxiety-riddled days. It still does. The only thing is, I wish we could have more pots! Or a “retirement” greenhouse (instead of a nursery) where we can put plants when we want to make room for new ones to grow (I haven’t uprooted any plants, actually. Can’t bring myself to do it). That, and the rest of the little plant blurbs in the seed selector! I just discovered those today and I would love to see them finished.

  • Calming, not very addictive

I love this app. It's beautiful and simplistic, and it isn't too addictive because they grow in real time. It's actually helped me get off my phone because I'll sing to the plants and set my phone down so that they'll grow, and if I touch my phone it stops singing and they grow more slowly. I love the real-time weather feature as well. It's cute and pretty, a really awesome app. Wish there were more like it

  • great app, few issues

this game is amazing, you tend to virtual plants with absolutely stunning graphics. highly relaxing, they detail of these plants are beautiful. my only issue is that it’s a little bit complicated to use, a basic tutorial would be much helpful
  • Great! Until you killed my plants.

I had a very lovely two weeks with this app. My plants were growing at a very nice rate, I watered them, sang to them daily, and took pictures to track their growth. I became very attached to my pot and used it to help motivate me to draw and do other tasks. I loved the app and was ready to spend money to obtain more plants.

But then you killed my plants.

I opened it up today to suddenly have my ENTIRE pot replaced with a new brown pot that literally just flopped on to my screen. It had my starter plants, but they all reverted to stage one, and the two plants that I had accumulated for free were completely gone. I tried to revisit my original pot, but it didn’t work. My app still had photos of my old plants, but they were gone for good. I am very angry and upset about this, and deleted the app to get rid of those new plants. I’ll redownload and start over for now, but if this happens again, I am coming back to change my rating to 1 star. There’s no reason why all that time suddenly had to disappear.

  • Relaxing and aesthetically pleasing

I remember getting this game on Steam. A year later, I found out that this game was also mobile! So, when I downloaded it, it was pretty much the same. You plant succulents and watch them grow. That may seem like a boring idea on paper, but this game offers more than that. There’s a very calming soundtrack, a nice background that changes in real time, and an adorable snail. I also like the fact that you can rename your plants (and the snail!) which gets me more attached to them. A little flaw for me though is that when you try to spin the pot around, it seems to go too fast for me, but it’s not a big issue. Everything is very nice and I wish there were more games like this.

  • Beautiful

This game is so pretty and calming, but I wish I had the option to have multiple pots without having to pay real money.
