We are very pleased with the service we receive from Joshua Crabtree. He always goes above and beyond making sure we are well taken care of. It’s service like this that matters 100% Btw, it’s difficult to find great customer care in other banks
No issues so far , ease of navigation but old vintage look
Ill give the app a 4 star rating only because to me whats most important is the use of the app and navigation. No freezes , errors, or other issues so far which is great so far. I would definitely give it 5 stars if the app updates to a more modern look like top national banks. Iam happy with the app but there can always be room for improvement.

Functional, but little more.
The app lets you check your balance and deposit checks, which is very useful. However, every single time you want to deposit a check, no matter how many times you’ve done it, it will always make you dismiss two screens explaining how to use the mobile deposit feature. There is no way to disable this pop up.
I understand the need to have the instructions appear the first time I use a feature, but I should be given the option to disable that message after I’ve seen it once, with an option in settings to reset all instructional messages.

App works but…
App does its job but every couple days when I enter my pin it says “missing json dictionary” I close it try again and it says “authentication required” which means I have to log in again. If it was once a month or something that would be fine but every couple of days defeats the purpose of using the pin at all. The bank itself is fantastic but I’m starting to really despise this app..

Best and only bank
I’ve been with pnb for over 40 yrs and have never once gotten anything but great service in every single department. My whole family banks here and have since they open their doors.
Capitol BankApp
I really like the app. My only complaint is that Zelle keeps giving me an error message and denies me access. It started with my IPhone 8 and I now have IPhone 13 and it still does not work on my phone. I called customer service and they claim it is on my end. I can’t fix the problem so I do not have access to Zelle.

this app is quick to load, easy to use for most bank actions. plains capital also has the best customer service I’ve ever had when baking.
