Pleasantly Surprised

Based on the other reviews of this app, I had very low expectations. But I haven't had any trouble with it. I use People Pay a lot now, and I also like the card control section.

Useless, deceptive, and frustrating.

When the app does open (less than 1/2 the time), it does not accurately report my activity. Expenditures may not show up in the app for up to a week- there are some that have taken almost a month to post to the app. On some occasions a charge will post, and then show that the charge was reversed, and then take it out again. My balance rarely reflects an accurate amount.

If you want to offer mobile banking, I think that’s brilliant, but maybe make sure your platform doesn’t make people want to tear their hair out.

Works when it wants to

I used to use this app all the time, but lately it’s really hit-and-miss when it decides it wants to load. Very frustrating when you utilize the app to check your accounts.
