instructions needed
Switching from iPad to iPhone the calendar app becomes confusing and awkward. I cannot easily read my calendar on iPhone.
Like all American electronic devices, there are no simple clear instructions.
Americans assume that the other 680 billion people all understand in house tech language, secret and confusing acronyms, abbreviations and symbols.
Most times when I ask how to do something on my devices my Australian friends offer, but soon say, "Hmm, I'm not sure how to do that." when in Thailand mu inability to speak Thai doubles the problem.
Googling the problem often is the blind leading the blind.
Apple is a multi million dollar company that keeps increasing the complexity of using the device with new finger pressures, finger times, swipe directions and hidden menus and functions.
a user needs 5 times the memory for hidden functions and 5 times mor focus on operating, reducing focus on the project and tasks to be completed.
Please, KISS, Keep It Simple Stupid.

Love the way it syncs with maps
Love the way it syncs with maps. Would love it even more if it synchronised with maps to link multiple appointments into multiple routes. But good so far.
Handy App
I like the fact I can book appointments set reminders and invite other contacts to add to their calendars. When I invite IPhone contacts they get a notification though that they sometimes miss as it drops down.
Only downfalls are you used to be able to custom your own reminders (alerts) but that’s seems to have disappeared now so there’s only a few to choose from. And instead of notifications invited contacts used to get emails which they could accept which was better.

Generally great
I find my life revolves around this app. We can share the calendar, have our own things show up on a separate calendar. Works well for our family.
The only thing that bugs me, I scroll down to the date to enter a new item, put the details in, go to make the time and find the highlighted date is the day before. Why when you scroll down would the date move when you started the process from the day you make the entry? Minor but annoying.

Integrate Reminders app into Calendar
I want the list from Reminder is shown in Calendar app through the select calendar option (we have “reminder calendar” prebuild in) and show an item from reminder if only the reminders has at least a date (then in calendar we put as all day) if reminders have specific time and date the n these reminders should reflect in the calendar app.

Great idea a bit more execution would be even better
I hate to be negative about a free app but calendar has some very irritating omissions. It doesn’t sync across my three devices and I often have to checkThe calendar on the other two. I love the idea of an online calendar and it would be great if invites work with people on Outlook and other devices, otherwise a fantastic piece of functionality

Calendar
I believe the calendar could be more functional for business purposes.
The calendar, reminders, activities such as emails, and messages should all be linked very easily, so that business people that are very busy can link all these functions.
Eg if I receive an email with the various attachments to be documents to be discussed at a meeting, and agenda etc, additional documents, videos, whatever. I should be able to easily link these into a calendar appointment so that when you get an appointment you have everything you need attached to that appointment log?

Not 100% reliable across several devices
The whole concept is fine but you can be caught out!
I have now missed several important meetings over the years of using Calendar due to the program calling for password updates or similar, causing calendar accounts to quietly not up date. Now the Uber technically competent (who spend half their lives dealing with setting stuff up and reinstalling stuff regularly etc etc) maybe don’t see a problem here. But for me it’s a tool. It just needs to reliably work day in, day out.
One of the previous beauties of Apple products was they just work, all bases covered. Sadly these glitches in the calendar multiple device updates with various other shared calendars is not 100% reliable. Be warned.

The 🍏 Apple iPhone Calendar
I really like this App and use it for EVERYTHING…
I love the way I can add attachments, a URL, a telephone number (which then you can call simply by touching the phone logo) and Notes to each Calendar Entry. Also it takes you off to the URL (or Web address if included in Notes).
Also, I like the way it “picks up” the Location (Address) and takes you to🍏 Apple Maps…
However there are some glitches which are too complex to go into here… mainly to do with the App generating “double entries” for the exact same time and date… which show up when you search the Calendar BUT are NOT showing in the Actual Daily View (one page showing all entries for that Day).
If you “delete” ONE of the entries it (usually) deletes BOTH). Really strange is that you can Edit only one of the two entries (like add an ❌ in the Description) and they show up differently !!
It is WEIRD !!!
I sometimes completely “lose” an entry by trying to delete one of the “duplicates” and end up having to remember what was in it. I have learnt (the hard way) to “copy” ALL the details of an entry into an 🍏Apple Note (in the Notes App) BEFORE trying to delete one of the “duplicates”.
It really is ANNOYING !!!
I could go on about “little issues” but I think that’s enough for one Review.

Definitely recommended for all Apple users
This is a fantastic app and it works with everything I would recommend for the Google users don’t use this app as it doesn’t work that well with Google services but it’s an all around good apple users to use. It’s very clear and easy to understand.
don’t forget to touch up on the tips app about calendar app as it’s very useful and if you need to know more Apple has lots more information on their website about it or you could talk to Apple support they are fantastic at explaining things .
