Doesn’t work for some reason
Every time I try to use the app it takes forever to load, and when I finally load in, it takes forever just see my balance because it can’t even update it. After a while it just says “Error Updating” or something like that, so it won’t even let me see how much money I have in my account. I tried deleting the app and then redownloading it and when I open it, it just sits there on the welcome screen loading forever. I tried waiting it out but all gives me is “Oops something went wrong on our end. Please try again.”Show lessJoaquin6905

Love the app and utilize it multiple times throughout my day. Disappointed I have lost access due to having an older phone. I am able to do what I need and more with my iPhone 6 so have saved over the years by sticking with the reliability of this device. Although I was able to update IOS this morning, version 16 is not available for this device.Show lessstarshipdrone

Mobile deposit camera is hard to use and finicky. I just had to try 4 seperate times to deposit the same check. Having to tap it in the middle is difficult to hold the phone stead. All the pop ups are annoying. It should work first try.Kabes17

Alpine has grown from one little Snowmass bank to banks serving most of Colorado since I started banking with them.
