  • Okay

The app is okay. I submitted to a job that then disappeared and had to email the company (thankfully I had that saved). I wish the app let you see a list of what you have submitted to and was more clear on the instructions per job because the information is scrambled, even when clients attach PDFs. But the app functions well. I also wish that I could favorite specific jobs so I don’t have to see ones I don’t want to do over and over again when scrolling. Takes so much time. Also when submitting reports I would like better understanding of when I should upload photos because some questions have repeat attachment fields. It’s confusing.

  • Terrible

The app is slow, clunky, crashes and freezes. It's absolutely useless in the field as a result. The worst gig app that I have to use.
  • Too "clunky" for 2022

This app is ‘ok’ but slows ya down…the point is to help expedite the process, or so I thought…
  • Gig Spot

I have downloaded it but have not used it yet. I will be but I don’t know if they really pay or just a scam. If anyone has worked for gig spot I would like your opinion on it. There are many jobs available also so I give it a high rating if I accept one and pays out like it supposed to

  • App keeps crashing

It crashes on my iPhone and the job board won’t load on my iPad.
  • App not working for me

You have to view agreement and sign agreement to get a job. But every time I try to sign an agreement it comes up something went wrong try again later for two weeks now I’ve uninstall the app and reinstall the app twice and still the same problem.

This latest app is really easy and fun to work with! Much better than the previous one.
  • Needed ASAP

This app need away to show jobs around your current location. A lot of people doing this kind of work travel all and it would be nice to see assignments close you or a map option that show all available assignments on a map. Someone there need to download and use the survey.com app and put in a lot of the options it has on this app. It also need to put your current job in order by closest to you.

  • Slow and glitchy

Had glitches when I first joined but it was fixed but giving a simple report on their website. HOWEVER. The big caveat here is also pay. Companies can take up to 8 weeks to pay you promising compensation only by the end of NEXT month. Even after the job has been approved. Makes me feel kinda iffy about GigSpot in general when there’s other ones that will make sure you get paid by the end of the week or as soon as your job is finished. Plus it’s all weird because of how each individual company pays. Some will do direct deposit others would do PayPal. Honestly I think it would be better and easier to monitor if everything went through the app and then could be transferred to PayPal or direct deposit at your own discretion.
