  • Lost 1st assignment

    I don’t like leaving negative reviews & seldom bring myself to do so but I think it’s imperative that I speak out in hopes that changes be made quickly. I lost my first assignment because it failed to show up under my jobs. Not only does this make me look bad but it has to be detrimental to the companys that accept the job & offer to us. It’s looked upon as a no show & is a direct reflection of incompetence. The gigspot app is directly to blame & I hope to see them turn this around quickly. I think that the prudent thing to do is send a written letter of apology to the companies & potential shoppers who have faithfully supported them so that we all can restore our image.

  • Useless on iPhone of iPad

    While I can log in to schedule shops using the app it is impossible to see assigned shops or to report shops using the app. It informs me "Your email or password are invalid." The only way is to use a desktop computer. Very frustrating! Unable to review shop requirements in the field!
  • Can’t believe MSPs post jobs here

    Users can’t see jobs for which they’ve applied. We can see only jobs awarded and jobs we have not requested. Once we complete a job we can no longer see it and we can’t print our completed report - we can only screen shot one page at a time. Way to much trouble.
  • GET IT TOGETHER GIGSPOT!!!

    Disappointed!! IF YOU USE AN IPHONE OR MAC BEWARE!!

    I have used GigSpot successfully many times in the past for multiple jobs with my iPhone in the past. I didn’t understand why so many bad reviews.

    Today I am aware! I had accepted 6 jobs & was about to apply for 7 more. I logged into my app & it said I had no jobs; when I had already received an email saying I was accepted. Strange.

    Then when I tried to check my account it kept saying “log in failed” error message when I was already logged in. What?!

    Tried resetting my password & resetting my devices. I even contacted the company for the jobs assigned directly & she mentioned to try a different browser like Firefox or Chrome. Nope.

    Tried from my laptop, tried from my desktop...no & no. Ugh!

    I finally had to ask for the jobs to be removed & reassigned. I will be removing & ending my relationship with GigSpot!

    I have many freelance jobs & this is extremely unprofessional on their part. I feel bad for the companies they help source out jobs for. There are many good shoppers out there who use Macs & iPhones & they will be losing them.

    My time is important & valuable to me!! I cannot & will not be wondering all day if I can access the papers needed to complete a job, or worse spend all day doing jobs that I can’t submit.

  • Useless

    I can’t even apply for a shop! The app freezes every time! Not worth the time
  • It does NOT work

    I did 3 jobs using this app and nothing went though when I tried to submit the reports. I asked tech support for help over and over again and got no response. I contacted one company directly and was told this is a common issue. The scheduler actually told me to email them telling them to cancel the app all together and guess what??? I got an email back in 2 hours telling me it was cancelled. Unprofessional to say the least. Ignoring the people who use this waste of space in my phone is not smart at all

  • Horrible.

    It seems like a good idea, consolidating a bunch of companies into this platform. Once you sign into it though, you can’t go back to using the shooing companies sites. “Why would you want to do this?”, you might ask. Well, after using this app, you’ll know why. Hey Ace, About Face, Strategic Réfections, Alta 360 and others—get with it! Your faithful shoppers force is largely not using this app anymore

  • Hate this app

    I try to find out info and reverts my log in to here. I have bee working with them all long before this.
  • Can’t Login

    I thought I was typing something wrong but it’s the app. I keep getting wrong login or password. But I can login in on an iPad? Too bad I don’t plan on bringing my iPad with me to use this app.
  • Can’t even log in.

    When trying to log in, the screen doesn’t move to let you see what you’ve typed. But it doesn’t even matter because your password is always wrong and you will get locked out. (Trust me, it’s the app, not me. I have no problem logging into anything else.)
