Worthless
I have the same frustration as the other reviewers. I sent messages to their tech support and their answer to me was to access their website from a computer; since their site doesn’t even work on my iPhone. I do all my work on my iPhone and never had any problems. Yes my phone is running the latest software. Maybe it works on androids... I don’t know why this won’t be fixed. The mystery shopping companies might find they will have more success with filling shops and having them completed if they quit using this interface until the problems are REALLY resolved. Crash crash crashes
I keep reporting that this iOS app is not functioning properly and nothing is being done to resolve this. I have keyed shops up to 5 times before they go through. I am wasting hours using Gigspot and about to stop accepting jobs on this platform all together.VPesson
Riddled w issues
This app is riddled with problems. It crashes and now some of its basic functions don't work. I've sent an email to support. We shall see what happens. But this app doesn't work very well.SLT9
Great app
I enjoy the app. I’ve done several shops with this app and I’ve never had any problems. I haven’t taken on the more complicated shops yet. This is my main shop app.SoccerMom614
The WORST app ever!
I have been a mystery shopper for six years and I have NEVER had such problems!! This app (and the GigSpot website) have cost me lots of money because of inability to access surveys after being assigned shops! App is unreliable

Shuts down often
I just downloaded this app, so have not had the opportunity to use it for its intended purpose yet. However, I have tried setting up a couple different jobs and the app keeps shutting down on me.
Overall, the app seems like it would be easy to use. I hope they fix this bug, because I would like to be able to try it out.Show lessNicole61920
Issues
This app has been problematic lately with the new update. While it's convenient to use, there's always been sync issues with the server and it is slow when loading assignments and syncing with information I've entered both on the app and via the website. The website has had issues lately, which makes general usability a nightmare. I've complained for over a year about the app interface on the design of their tables and not resizing properly and no one cares to address them.
The company's complementary app, MobiAudit (which is pretty much the same app) has the same issues with usability and table design.
The fact that servimetrics won't allow users to switch back and forth between GigSpot and their platform client's web interface while problematic in the short term internally, is a better solution than having an entire dashboard unusable when there are deadline submissions for shoppers who are contracted with multiple companies.Show lesstaiwanblonde

Unreliable and difficult to complete tasks
I have been secret shopping for years and some of the companies I currently shop for transitioned to this format. Ever single shop I have reviewed has been impossible to submit through the app itself since t constantly has a log out error when clicking on jobs.
I must log into the website version in order to actually download shop documents and to fill out the shops themselves.
Nothing's works the first time it is clicked on either website and especially not the app on the phone. I most likely will be deleting the app and going through each individual companies websites in the future to avoid the headache.Show lessMstoner86
