  • App update crashes

    The app is no longer operable with the newest update. It crashes every time I try to log in. I have tried deleting and re-downloading. The app support link takes you to the general website page with no way to contact support.
  • Does NOT work during quarantine

    I signed up for this after seeing an ad about how you can still achieve results while staying at home during the COVID pandemic. But this challenge does not work if you can’t attend actual classes and push yourself there. The rest of this thing— the detoxing, the diet, home workouts & stretches, etc. do not give you any benefits than simply being conscious of what you consume and getting some movement into your day. Of course, I’ve heard that men’s bodies respond differently, but for women this workout is a lot of hassle and sacrifice for nothing. Our bodies are designed to store fat, so without really being able to push ourselves at in person workout classes, this challenge delivers nothing whatsoever. AND WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY THE MEALS. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE AF, TASTE HORRIBLE, NO FLAVOR WHATSOEVER, AND THEY DO NOT HELP WITH WEIGHT LOSS OR FAT BURNING. You don’t even need to buy from their ridiculously extensive shopping lists, if you’re preparing meals yourself. Just be food conscious: portion control, don’t eat sugary/fatty foods, don’t eat too late in the day, extra protein, etc. You don’t even have to cut out coffee or alcohol— just make sure you factor them into your daily caloric consumption.

  • Can't view the workouts on iPad since agreeing to update app

    A prompt popped up to ask if I wanted to update the app on the iPad. Since agreeing to the update, I can't access the workouts from the app or even the website. The app still works on my iPhone. 😑😑😑
  • Workout images don’t load

    Can’t see the images of the daily workout, they don’t load for whatever reason.
  • Not bad. Could improve

    Would LOVE a macros counter.
    Would also LOVE the opportunity to do the at home workouts without the music track so I can play my own music.
    Also, your food photos don’t really match some of the recipes and sometimes I feel duped.
  • Workouts

    While I appreciate the ability to access workouts right now, it would be great if I did not have to log in every time to work out. I would also appreciate being about to work out in the morning. However, the app is still loaded for the previous day even at 6:30am.
  • Fix login to workouts

    App just recently added workout tab to do in home workouts and the app is not allowing me to verify my studio to access the workouts. The same login I used to get into the app works so I know it’s the correct info.
  • Workouts

    Great to see at home work outs - having trouble logging in as the workouts page won’t scroll. Hopefully this is fixed soon, I’m on a iPhone 7
  • Good but needs more functionality

    The app is ok. Provides meal plan/recipes however during challenge it would be nice to be able to track your additional calories within the app. Having to use MyFitnessPal in conjunction with the challenge app is annoying and time consuming. Also a macro tracker would also be helpful. I think it would help more people be successful during challenges. Also in terms of recipes, it would be super helpful if a final portion size was given after everything is cooked. My husband and I cook in bulk since we are both doing the challenge together and we really are just guessing our portions. I cannot make each portion separately, it is not possible with a full personal schedule. Small changes and the app can become killer.

  • The improvement cause more problems

    The app is user friendly apart from the new update does not allow for the recipes to be copied and pasted which allows for calorie counting in other apps which the app doesn’t do unless you stick directly to the app,
