An App for the Books
This is the ultimate app - Not only can I do all my in studio workouts on demand anywhere, but I can personalise a full nutritional meal plan specific to my wants and needs and the daily tracker is the best to keep me on point! The section for exercise, technique tips and healthy lifestyle articles covering a number of topics is worth the read .. Not much this app can’t do 🙌🏼 The ability to now book into my daily in studio sessions is icing on the cake.Show lessAsh boy899
App keeps crashing while entering target scores for stage workouts
I can’t enter the scores from my workout this morning. The loading pinwheel keeps going but never loads my data.Shaundixon7
New App Launch
The new app has been really great. I love being able to book my classes, see my Lionheart stats, and my benchmark stats all in one place.
No bugs or issues I’ve encountered. Overall, I’d say they did a great job on updating this app.DPWoolf
Huge Improvement / More Value
This app has been a lot easier to use, schedule classes, track progress and generally get more out of my F45 membership.
It has also provided additional education / information relative to my total health journey as well as a mechanism to community build through Lionheart challenges and other opportunities.Show lessMR3_
New App-Missing one important piece
Have been very pleased with the new F45 app. Love that it’s a one stop shop and eliminates the use of multiple apps. I wasn’t able to give it a 5 star review because I believe it is missing one important piece. Member class total count. On the old F45 training booking app, members could see how many classes they have taken. With the new app they cannot. Hopefully this is something that is already in the works to create for a better overall experience.Show lessDdryja
Everything you need in one place
This app has improved a lot! Now everything you need for F45 is in one place. I can check in for classes, join challenges, track my lionheart reports (my personal fav), and even access workout videos from class so I can do them wherever I want!Lexi Wolff

Poor functionality
I had to signed up with a different email to match my studio account. Since then, the units appear in the metric system which is a pain because all weight is measured in pounds in my studio. This didn’t happen when I was signed in to my old account. I look and I couldn’t find a way to change the settings within the app. I tried costumer support but I had to sign in and the website doesn’t recognize my email or password. A rubbish app from a great club
It’s a shame that F45 can’t put together an app that’s stable and actually make sense for them users. This app doesn’t let you see the cooking at home recipe for more than 5 seconds without restarting and taking you back to the home page. It really restarts all the time and it’s frankly annoying to try to use any of the recipes inside this app. We got to the point of having to print the pdf of recipes cus the app is absolute trash.
