As a platform it’s a great idea BUT before signing up I did some research and on Google it states it’s free. But be warned you’ll have to purchase credits to get the flight info. So it’s not “free” as they are being very loose with the term within their marketing.Moookoo

By request of some of our users, we have added the opportunity to purchase credits if you cannot participate. This is totally optional though. At first, it took me a while to understand how the app works after being referred by a fellow AA employee. After a few trips, I understood the concept, and it is EXACTLY the tool I’ve been needing! Commuters helping one another is exactly how it should be. To get help (credits) you have to give it. Simple! It has made that dreaded decision of commuting in a day early or the day of a much more calculated risk that has granted me more time doing the things I love and fewer Airport Appreciation days trying to get home.

Staff Traveler has been a game changer when it come to planning my trip using ZED travel. I can know practically real time what the actual load status is on offline airlines , especially when trying to scope out plan A , plan B and Plan C etc. Or when you flight suddenly cancels/ diverts. Most of the members of Staff Traveller respond within a minute or 2 Lastly I love fulfilling other Staff Traveler request to make their travel easier The phone app and laptop website are easy to use. Started in the airline industry over 10 years ago. I remember walking to the OA counters asking for load info. This is so convenient and accurate. Use it all the time and it’s been an amazing tool that has worked perfectly for me.MLCollins

I tried using a few days ago. Everything was fine until I hit submit. The pending request never showed up and neither did the results. You sure took the 2 credits that I used though. I want a refund if my two credits and fix the app please

This app is pure genius, but requires the community to really help other fellow ID travellers. I switched on notifications for a particular flight it even notified me which luggage belt number my luggage will be coming on.
A suggestion for the app developers , they could try reaching out to airlines directly to update loads for flights which have standby travellers so they aren’t turning up at the airport causing additional work and congestion at the check in desk. zed revenue tickets are really profitable for airlines and additional incremental revenue generator. you might be surprised they could be willing to update based on anonymised load data (not no of seats but smiley faces)Show lessdappodanjuan
