  • Requests never answered

    Typically requests at EY are never answered, even when I leave a comment, no one helps. Frustrating app with no ability to contact

  • Many airlines don’t respond

    Unfortunately this app mostly work for the majority of North American airlines, I get responses within minutes, however airlines from Europe and Asia, they respond after a week or don’t respond at all which is frustrating. I just take my chances in flying standby with or without this app since I’m not getting anything.

    Hi! Thank you for reaching out. We actually do have a lot of members at European and Asian airlines, and our data shows that most requests get answered within minutes. I'm sorry to hear that your milage varies. Some airlines are indeed known to be slower to respond. If you want to know how many members we have at an airline, check out https://stafftraveler.com/members. If you reach out to us at support@stafftraveler.com and mention the airlines that you posted requests for, we can focus on getting more members on board for those. Please note that requesting loads more than a week prior to the departure of the flight might not always be the best strategy. Many airlines (like EK) only start showing the loads 72 hours before departure. Also, loads do change a lot. Generally, we advice to start requesting loads 3 days before your flight and request updates when getting closer to the departure date. Lastly, did you know that your credit is automatically refunded if your request has not been answered at departure time? Thanks again for your feedback.   • A lifesaver some days

    A great idea. Crowdsourced apps work best when many staff contribute flight details for each other. It was great to get loadings before getting to the airport. Being armed with the extra data reduces the risk inherent in staff travel, and the stress that accompanies that risk.

    I encourage many airline staff from many airlines to sign up, and if everybody answers a handful of requests , then we all win.

  • Great companion to Non-Reving

    A great way to check loads and get discounts while travelling. Takes a lot of the guess work out of flight selection. As well, has great tips and recommendations of where to eat/what to do all over the world.

  • Crashing

    Lately app freezes all the time - this is the only reason for my review. I have to close the app in between each flight request.

    Hi Nick. We found the problem. If you delete the app and reinstall it, that should fix any crashes. If it doesn’t help, send us an email at support@stafftraveler.com and we’ll get you on your way. ✈️ UPDATE Dec 19: Where you able to reinstall the app and get it working again? Please update your app to version 2.16.6 and the crashes should be a thing of the past! Please let us know at support@stafftraveler.com if this doesn't solve it.
  • The best for Commuters

    This app is just the best way to check loads. No more time wasted around social media groups. Easy to read information in one app!

  • Amazing app and community

    This app is a perfect example of why the airline community is so great. It’s a great tool to reduce some of the uncertainty around interline travel, especially with record-high loads in some regions of the world. The more of us willing to contribute and participate, the better and easier it gets.
  • The MUST HAVE app for all airline staff

    Absolutely brilliant - has saved me so many times when MyIDTravel is showing a green face but the reality is the flight is overbooked! Also the fastest way to check all the possible routes to get to your destination indirectly with all the stopover information included as well. The tips section for restaurants and bars is also worth a look!
