More warnings
I started doing this app to help with research. I think more information should be given. You should be warned that on about day 17 you will have to speak out loud - difficult when you are in a room with other people. Secondly the photos. I didn’t realise that you would be re checked days later. The handset is very sensitive especially when using an iPad. Lots of little niggles which seems a shame.

Tilt tasks
The instructions for the last part of this exercise are unclear.
What does ‘the controls are reversed’ mean - tilt to circle not square, in opposite direction to number in square, tilt up rather than down? I had no difficulty with the first two parts, but couldn’t work out what was actually required for this section. Then it said I’d lost three lives. A cup had appeared for the first two sections. Where did the lives bit come in? What happened to the cups?
Very happy to help with dementia research - but please can thought be given to precise clear instructions. As for the cups/lives statements, was it really necessary to have these - what did mention of these add or contribute to the exercise?

Relieved about tilt test! Don’t use on iPad!
I am relieved to hear what others say about tilt tests as I thought it was partly me and partly because I am playing on my iPad not my iPhone. Because I kept failing it made me anxious about my ability. I have given 3 stars as I think the research is worthwhile but not sure I would recommend if you are getting old!

App completely frozen
Just got on to the tilt and turn part and it seems to have frozen. Can not get it to reopen
Tilt test
I have started the tilt test and found it frustrating that I wasn’t given the correct information with the reverse star ! Reverse what the number, (so you start reversing down)? The left & right or up & down. Having previously been told not to use the numbers in circles : I admit I was confused: then I find out there are issues with the tilting app:

2nd week not working
The first week worked well but the tilt test isn’t working which means you fail the test. When the star appears sometimes it works ie tilt the opposite way - other times it doesn’t and works as if it’s not a star. This is going to skew the evidence if the test isn’t working as it is supposed to. Very frustrating as I have a vested interest in this research. Please fix so that the results actually count.

Alzheimers test
Was really getting in to this test, but left frustrated on the last two mornings with tilt test especially where the stars are. I feel a sample test of the stars would have been beneficial, because the controls dont always seem to work in reverse for me. I feel the idea is good and it feels good to be a part of something for the future.

App crashes while playing
I thought this was really excellent but today it crashes repeatedly and there is absolutely no way of contacting the developer to tell them. The site just says ‘contact your research coordinator for support ‘. Who would that be then?
