Have compared the software to others available, and this has several benefits, including the fact that they keep track of all of the persons conversation so you can look at them across time, and they allow you to send a copy of the chat transcript to anyone you like. Two things I would like to see that would make it even better . 1. That you’re able to to add an internal note in the specific chat letting your colleagues know the outcome and steps you have taken ( it integrates with salesforce but if your CRM is diffErent than that does not work), 2. allow me to add a note to the sales channel when I forward the transcript

Drift has been instrumental in taking our online business to a new level by allowing one to one customer conversations. It is perceived as a very personal human to human tool. The app provides notification that customers have started a conversation and guides us into where they are approximately located allowing a relevant response.

Almost flawless
It’s been really useful for all my websites and great tech support. Just one thing on the app since the last update it doesnt let me copy and paste the conversaciones.

I’ve been using drift for about 6 months. Great app and easy. Only wish we could change the sound of the notification. There’s only one sound and it’s very soft and I have sometimes missed clients.
Stability
First of all, the iOS app isn’t exactly “heavy weight”, yet it fails at very simple stuff like throwing an error when I switch or open conversations (the one thing the app should be able to do flawlessly). Unfortunately, just prior to the new update today, it worked beautifully. Whatever they did, it’s broken now.
I really wish developers would stop trying to support iPhone X. Nobody likes it, it screws up the application for any not iPhone X users, and causes a mess just to support a phone nobody likes. Is this IE 6 all over again?
