Slow / buggy
The app is not smooth. It’s very slow when typing and send messages. I have to kill it several times in order to be able to make it usable again. Please fix ASAP.

I got Drift because I believed in their vision - Sales gets done with conversations.
It works. I just closed a deal while having a drink at the local pub at 9pm.
One of my prospects came to the site and I was able to start a conversation and close the deal. All while at the pub. Simply amazing.

Great for on the go
Love the app for when I’m on the go and still want to connect to drift. However, when I’m at my desktop I am getting notifications on desktop and on my phone. Which wouldn’t be so annoying if drifts notifications maybe got combined together after 3. Like “you have 10 drift notifications” rather than displaying every single message. When a playbook is running my phone gets filled with so many notifications!

Has potential, but needs so, so much work.
This app freezes constantly. When I’m in a conversation with a visitor to my site, this app freezes about 6 or 7 times within about every 5 minutes of conversation. Every time it freezes, the only way to get back to the app being responsive is to force close the app and start it back up again, however, even that only works about 60% of the time. And once you get back to the conversation with a customer, so much time has passed that more often than not, they have already left the conversation. This service is great, and the app has a lot of potential, but in its current state it is almost unusable. I want it to be a pleasurable experience, but it just isn’t there yet.

Does the job. Bit heavy.
High on battery and occasionally crashes. On the other hand it frees me from the laptop so I can get out and about with the kids and be marginally involved in Family life whilst manically and subtly checking Sales
Notifications broken, can’t chat with customers
I keep getting new chat notifications but none are in the app when I open it up. The icon shows 5 conversations yet I can’t talk to any of them.

Brilliant app and ridiculously easy to install on your site. It's allowed me to personally introduce myself to new clients from day one so they get an understanding of what it's like to work with me moving forward. I've got more new jobs now than I can handle (which is a good thing) haha
