This bank is awesome better then any other bank doing a great job personal is very polite and helpful

Poor update

As of today I cannot see my credit card transactions in the app. It directs me to the website where looking at my transactions is more difficult. The rep stated the features were updated but this update made the app worse. Please restore the ability to see my credit card transactions in the app.

Mobile check deposits

No matter how many freakin times you take the stupid picture it says you have to retake it and I can never use the check deposit feature because of it!

Absolutely Worthless

This app cannot accept mobile check deposits. The app cannot recognize endorsement, despite previous versions having no issue. Somehow, the functionality was broken. Multiple iPhones and iPads have all exhibited the same issue. Calling Pen Air directly could not resolve anything, as the employees were unaware of the issue and unable to do anything to resolve it. This is an embarrassment of an application.

Mobile Banking Made Easy

I love this app! I can check balances, transfer money & pay bills no matter where I am. I also like how you can see your balance in real time when you use your debit card & set alerts to let you know when a large transaction is made.

What happened?

It used to be nice and just enter a passcode to get in then you updated the app and now we have to enter the full password. Is that really helping the security? It’s draining. And where are the Jets on the credit cards? It is Pensacola

Hi Montana. Thank you for your feedback. We updated our system to a new provider back in 2016. You are correct, the login process is different than our previous providers. If your phone has the fingerprint feature, you can utilize that to log into your app with without having to type in your password. It’s a good app, but...

I’ve been a longtime PenAir user, and I’ve had a great experience with the app. However recently, it’s been unfavorable because access to depositing checks via the app was denied. I’m not sure why, and I’m not so sure on how to go about fixing it. Anyone ever had that issue before?
