Hi Montana. Thank you for your feedback. We updated our system to a new provider back in 2016. You are correct, the login process is different than our previous providers. If your phone has the fingerprint feature, you can utilize that to log into your app with without having to type in your password. If you need any assistance with setting this up, please reach out to us at 850-505-3200 option 2. We rebranded back in 2015. Our commitment to the military, civil service and our community has not changed. Our current look allows us to communicate the collaborate spirit we are known for, so we can provide the same great service and benefits that you have come to love, to more people throughout our community.
