Don’t believe the bad reviews!
I read a review after I purchased this camera system and someone said you couldn’t view remotely and had to be on the same network...this is absolutely not true! This is my 2nd camera system from different manufacturers, and this app is just as good as the other. I had a 4 camera system and ordered the 8 camera system. I’m very happy with the app.

Great Video Surveillance System
The quality of the pictures the ease of use of the app and the reliability of the system is really great. I am a small business owner and the setup and use of this system has been so easy.

User BEWARE! Have you noticed how many fake 5-star reviews this app has, copy & pasted under different names? There is a reason for that.
This app and the Annke cameras are completely outdated and worthless. You can NOT view camera footage unless you are connected to the same network. So if you are on vacation or away from your monitored site & want updates or remote viewing capabilities, they are worthless.
Tech support? Good luck with that. It’s a hilariously frustrating circle of useless information. When you are connected to the same network and can view play back, it’s almost impossible to locate motion events within a super sensitive scroll bar of footage.
I have far superior apps & cameras in use for my other camera locations. I just returned the camera system and will be deleting this app.

Software that works
The Annke cctv device is third such device I have had. It’s the least expensive, but everything as good as the other similar more expensive options that had failed on me. The main thing is the software interface is miles ahead. The iPad app is very usable. It stays logged in all the time. I bought a second Annke device and it’s simple to switch between them. Very happy

Poor app. Not user friendly, always has connection issues.
Poor picture quality!
2 of my cameras are ok but the other 2 are not on picture quality.
I get very (cloudy) picture quality especially at night and I also get like oval-shape circles a bit like finger prints on the picture quality with a foggy / frosted appearance within them. Obviously the first thing l did was to check that the thin plastic protective on the lenses were removed before installation and l also made sure that the lenses were clean, clear & smudge-free from fingerprints... But unfortunately the problem is still there! I've also checked that the 2 infrared lights on each of the problem cameras are on and working at night! ... So l've eliminated all of the possible causes but the problem is still there! ... Very disappointing!! HELP !!!
I had the system installed as we had been burgled but unfortunately it seems that 2 of the 4 cameras are faulty & Not Fit for Purpose !

Works great and fast remote streaming. Took a little getting used to, but this is one of the best Cctv apps I have ever used. Excellent app

Great app in all respects... I just want ONE change. Have the developers add the option of being able to change the “notification sound” on their specific device. For my iPhone X it only uses the ‘default’ sound and thus can not be distinguished between other notifications and apps..

The app is good regarding play back videos. The bad thing it’s so slow to open compared to the old app Annke View.
