Works Really Well
I didn’t think I would enjoy playing with this app. I downloaded it on a whim expecting to delete it in five minutes because thats what I do with most of these ‘therapeutic’ apps (they tend to just annoy me) but when I started playing it, it really helped with my anxiety and helps me before I sleep. I play it in the mornings and before bed and usually 2-4 times during the day. Part of the app is free but the in app purchases are not very expensive (99p for everything) and I bought without hesitation after less than a day of playing.

I discovered this app mid panic attack and I found color sorting to be extremely therapeutic. My only complaint is that I wish we could make our own color scales or the color scales would be a bit more muted because the bright colors can be a bit of a headache. But otherwise I love the app and it's gonna exist on my phone for a long while.Show lessMcmurphy007
Very Therapeutic
