Excellent app that I discovered
AMAZING
My only feedback: although I have had anxiety for a long time, it has worsened during periods of grief, life transitions and especially perimenopause. Although there is one audio discussing hormones it is brief. I would love to see some more specialized topics and informative regarding these items, as I think many people would truly benefit from it. I know that a lot of women don’t begin to have these symptoms until a certain age and that providing education could really help them feel seen and offer support.

The App Normalizes ME!
I have been amazing these past 2 years but just last Friday I had my first PANIC ATTACK while driving and I thought it was the end! It shook me up like never before. I just downloaded the app and have been using it daily about 3-4 times a day because the anxious feeling and thoughts have been so overwhelming. The app helps me feel like my symptoms are common, normal and not alone. I had to relearn everything because I didn’t continue my practices from before. So like the saying goes, if you don’t use it, you lose it. I am healing daily and a lot faster than before. I have shared the book and app with everyone I know that suffers from anxiety and panic attacks. It has truly been a life saver for me! Thank you SO MUCH!!!
