It also is great for fidgeting when feeling anxious, or to cope with ADHD symptoms as well. In the Reflect tab, you can journal and reflect about your feelings and emotions. You can also talk through your feelings with StressBot, a virtual therapist! You can always swipe through a lot of different types of quotes, such as Positive, Affirmations, Self-Love and Stress Relief. You also can record a smile everyday to force yourself to feel happier! In all these tabs you can play super calming soundscapes while interacting with the exercises and videos. Simply press the music icon in the top right corner and select from many different soothing music and noises.
