  • Not great

    I leased my first car through Honker and everything was smooth and fast with the leasing process. When the lease came to an end I thought I’ll go again with Rodo to finance a car. I was watching the car price and
    1) the discount doesn’t really expire. If you check the next day after a deal expiration, the price is still the same. It will just not say “discount” anymore.
    2) You can’t really trust the car pricing. I started the process to buy a car and submitted all my documents. Next day I was told by Rodo the car is not available anymore. I checked the dealer for several days (which is not hard to figure out based on the how far the dealership is at) the car was still available. My guess is dealer didn’t want to sell the car for that price. Anyhow, I ended up going with a different dealership and got a different car.

    I am giving a 2 star rating because they are pretty fast with communication. However, it was pretty disappointing they couldn’t keep their end of the deal. The app interface need lot of improvement when compared to how Honker was.

  • Smooth process!

    Just leased my new vehicle through this app. First, I will say, I was extremely skeptical and used this as a negotiation tactic because their rates are by far the best. No local dealership could come close to their pricing. In fact, the dealership in my town quoted me their “best offer” at $100 a month over what the app had. I decided I’d give this a shot after failing multiple times with dealers. At first the car I selected wasn’t available but Hans from Rodo reached out and immediately presented another color as an option. From there on the process took about 5 days total and worked out perfectly! I am shocked it wasn’t too good to be true! Also got to work with a great dealership out of it! Not sure what happened with other reviews where pricing changed, etc but it was a success for me! Will definitely recommend to others.

  • Easiest, best deal, car buying experience ever!!

    I love this app. Got my Pick-up Ram Laramie yesterday! Literally been looking for months in dealerships and finally found RODO.. searched the app for my truck on Sunday and found within 10 minutes the truck that took months to find. BTW, RODO had over $10k in discounts on this truck none of the dealerships offered me!! I did have questions so Ryan from RODO called me on a Sunday and answered all my questions. Monday morning I put all my info in app and had my truck by 5:30pm same day.. option to have it delivered to my driveway but I was too excited and picked it up.. I can’t believe how many weekends I wasted in dealerships being treated badly (while my friends were at the beach) when this took 10 minutes to find on RODO.. of course I was unsure at first about doing this online but decided to trust the system after doing a little research. This is the only way I will buy/lease a car in the future. Ridiculously easy. Thank you Ryan for answering my questions! You guys are the best!!

  • Truly the Best of the Best...

    Mike S of RODO (Buy or Lease your Car Online) truly is the best!!! Although I have not met him personally because I live in New York and he is from Ohio, even though I am here in New York or wherever you live, he can work with you in car buying details. He has been working with me over the phone and through text messages for the past one in a half week. He has diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Mike S has been nothing short of extremely professional and responsive. Working with Mike S on my car purchase and appreciate his candid no-pressure style. He’s a car guy who knows everything and relates with the auto enthusiast!!! We pick-up the car and looks fantastic and went well, all are in order. I will be referring friends and relatives to him, despite the fact he is out of state it didn’t matter, you can really trust Mike S of RODO and definitely plan to purchase all future vehicles from him.

  • No one believes me when I tell them the deal I got

    I was naturally skeptical at the insane deals shown at this app. I did extensive research online to see others experiences with the app which I found were all positive. Previously, I spent over a month visiting dealerships, haggling salespeople, until I heard about this app from an ad. I thought I would take a chance and look through it. I placed an order and honesty expected some kind of catch when I showed up to the dealership, but there never was. I ended up leasing the car that same day. My dream car for less money than I was being told at the dealerships for cars that were worth much less. I would recommend this app to you, and have recommended it to family and friends. Not to mention customer support is so friendly and I even got a call from one of the company directors following up on how my car was doing and how my experience in general was. 10/5 stars. Thank you!!!

  • Super Convenient!

    Considering how much the COVID-19 pandemic has affected our lives and how we complete simple tasks, the utility of RODO really shined during this period of time. With my current lease expiring soon, I was in search of a new lease and RODO made the process super easy. Just open up the app, make an account, put in your info, answer a few questions and boom all the discounts and incentives are automatically added to your search when you look for a vehicle.

    I had the pleasure of working with one of their reps, Ari Cohen, who made the entire process seamless and was in constant contact with me to let me know what was going on every step of the way. I’ll admit, I was hesitant to try out an app to lease a car but decided to give it a shot considering the circumstances and I couldn’t be happier. Shoutout to everyone at RODO helping people during these times. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend to family and friends.

  • Pleasantly Surprised

    Before actually using this app, I went on many forums and saw a lot of mixed reviews. Many said that “they’ll change the price on you last minute” and that “dealers use it to get you in the door” while that may be the case for a very small amount of Rodo users, that was the complete opposite of my experience. When you place an order you’ll be asked if you want Rodo concierge or not. Definitely go with the concierge. This is basically when a member of the Rodo team acts as the middle man between you and the dealer, and this helped me a lot. I started my order right when the US and NY went on lock down due to the covid-19 pandemic. My Rodo concierge was with me every step of the way and was alway there to answer questions or give me updates on the situation. The first dealer I chose actually did try to do a “bait and switch” on me and my concierge caught that and immediately let me know and found a new dealer for me with the same vehicle. I found a great deal on this app while scrolling through it, and everything was super legit and nothing was changed on me. The prices are made by the dealers, so whatever they may be is out of Rodos control. Also like any dealership, every month comes with new prices due to different deals, incentives, sales, and rebates so I f you keep searching with the app you’ll find what works for you. Overall the Rodo did well by me and I really appreciate them!

  • Amazingly easy and haggle free...

    My current lease is due soon and I’ve been poking around at various dealerships trying to figure out which offers were available for the same type of vehicle. I actually dread going to dealership because it’s always the same outcome, oh your credit or some sneaky fee to raise the monthly payment well above the offer they use to lure you into showroom.
    I heard the advertisement for RODO and was just curious at first. I was able to find the vehicle I was looking for at an incredible monthly payment. At first I thought it was too good to be true... I contacted them to verify if this is the actual monthly payment and down payment. Still thought it was to good to be true but went on app and placed order. It was that simple and picked up vehicle next day only 25 minutes in dealership without any shenanigans whatsoever.
    Funny thing was when I was asked to send insurance binder to dealership via email I realized I was at this dealership a few weeks ago. I walked out disgusted with offer from salesman eventhough this particular dealership was recommended. Honestly I’m just amazed how simple it was and this is my fifth experience with opening a lease at dealership. Hooray to RODO and thank you Ari!!!

  • Extremely Pleased

    This app was absolutely amazing. I was concerned since my lease was up during this quarantine and I wasn’t able to get to a dealer. I gave Rodo a shot. The app is extremely clear and easy to use. You can shop around and get prices on a huge inventory of vehicles without any hassle. I loved that you could adjust the down payments to see what monthly prices were possible or not. You can also make offers of your own and see if the dealer accepts them. The responses were prompt and clear.

    The best part of my experience, that I was most impressed with, was when I called to speak with someone and was put in contact with Steven Lowe. He was absolutely amazing. He advocated for me with dealers to get me the price I wanted. He was knowledgeable, used all his resources, and searched multiple dealerships until he got what I wanted. He contacted me every single day to see how I was feeling and what I was thinking about the offers and how I wanted to proceed. Once the deal was made, he was extremely thorough in following through with all of the details with paperwork and returning my old lease. He guided me every step of the way. He had no connection whatsoever to my old lease but still cared and made sure I got it back safely and with as little charges as possible. I was so impressed with his care and concern. He is kind, honest, and capable. I will be coming back to him with all my cars in the future.

  • Call me skeptical

    Skeptical is my middle name when it comes to offerings and new apps on the internet. When I first heard of RODO the skepticism crept in, but I gave it a try anyway. After trying it and looking around for different vehicles, I found one I liked, color etc. I played around with the different mileage requirements I might need and finally settled on a deal that looked interesting. I was hesitant to use the make an offer but finally reassured myself (stated on the app) that I still wasn’t committed to anything at that point. The dealer replied with a slightly higher offer, I think $10/month, after a few days I gave in and placed the order. Then the RODO staff contacted me saying the dealer wanted an additional
    $6-7/month. I thought OK here it goes the usual dealer BS. I contacted RODO and said I’d go ahead for my original offer amount or go elsewhere, they called the dealer who agreed.
    RODO also states that the car will be delivered, the dealer said nope, so Adriana from RODO called to say they would UBER me 30 miles to the dealer.
    5 stars, I am impressed, I would definitely do it again.
