No customer service at all!!
All goes well when searching a car on Honcker but that’s only until you get your car. Once the car is taken they wouldn’t help you one bit. But after leaving a bad review they call and play the game as if they're here for you... which is also just a game to make you remove the review...If you get a wrong car which doesn’t match the online description they'll try pointing fingers at the dealer but it's all Honcker's fault. Then when I sent them proof my snapshots from the differences they just blocked my account removed the differences and are asking me to make a video how I found these missing features...this is all none sense... I sent them proof and they're trying to clear the situation the easy way out but thats not how things work...I’m very disappointed. Wouldn’t lease from honcker in the future! My dealer claims it’s honcker which wrote a wrong description for the car and he didn’t even have a car matching the description they posted available for lease then. So all comes back to honcker! Fantastic app with no salesmen hassle!
At first I was skeptical about this app because it seemed too good to be true. You search for cars, can be based on the type of car, brand, or model and you’re able to filter by certain features like color, what kind of seats, etc. When you find a deal you like, click lease now and it’s the easiest process ever.
I took a few pics of my license and current registration then waited about an hour for it to be approved by the dealer while still going about my day. Once that happened I submitted some insurance forms and waited another half hour and set my delivery date for the next day. I got the car today, signed the papers in my living room, and couldn’t be happier with the awesome deal I got. The delivery driver Lucious was really nice and answered any questions I had. The live chat in the app was also quickly available for the questions I had along the way. I’m still in shock with how easy this was and so happy with my new car.Show lessRmm501
Best experience I’ve ever had leasing
Best experience by far. I leased my vehicle Saturday and 2 days later, I was in my vehicle with a great deal. I even received an email letting me know it’s taking a bit longer since the dealership was closed on Sunday.
Come Monday, Zolly, part of the Honcker team, reached out directly to me and let me know of some different options that may save me money and worked really hard at getting me in my car the same day. Definitely exceeded my expectations and found me an even better deal closer to me! He was excited to tell me and I felt excited to buy because of it. It was incredible and not something I thought was possible when leasing a car.

Very easy and fun IF YOU READ WHAT HONCKER DOES AND WHAT THEY NEED FROM YOU FIRST!!
Enough said for the nay sayers. If you’ve leased before you know how many hours it can take even if you’re sure of the vehicle you want. Salespeople ask questions about you as your browsing. Finding out if you’re from the area, leasing or buying & general small talk that usually illicit responses that gives them an idea what they CAN DO FOR you & in some cases...what they can DO TO you! This app eliminates all that bull. The soft check immediately gives YOU the info you’ll need to decide which vehicle(s) are right or wrong. You could be checking out a Buick, Chevy or Nissan only to see that an Acura, Toyota or Hyundai are better fits financially, safety wise and with the options you need/want. ALL THAT IS MADE SIMPLE WITH HONCKER. Been leasing since the mid 90s. This is by far the easiest, cost effective & time saving way to lease a vehicle. My work hours & O/T fluctuate daily so it was easier for me to drop off my expiring lease and pick up my new vehicle. Emailed Honcker to let them know not to deliver...no problem. My brother introduced me to the app saying he got a car cheap and delivered to his place. I had my skepticism but I check it out. I didn’t need a car at the time so I just put it aside and forgot about it. Then my parents’ lease was ending and they were looking for a car within their tight budget. We visited a couple of dealerships with high ratings. At the same time we looked at prices listed on Honcker. Strange thing I realized was after wrestling hours and hours with the sales rep on prices, we’d always come to a point of showing the sales person the price on Honcker app and asked if they can match that. And all the dealerships would just look at the prices wide-eyed asking what’s this app?? Sorry we can’t. So~ my parents found the car they that was perfect on Honcker. Now my lease was ending and I needed a new car. I didn’t bother with visiting dealerships. I saved so much of my time and my money with the help of Honcker. I loved looking at the different deals and comparing cars.
I only wish you could search on more fields. It was important to me to get Adaptive Cruise Control. It could be hard to find. With most it was under “convenience features” but with Keep it was only in the packages.
I ended up with a Lexus ES300h which I love, about $250/month less than my previous lease and, about the same price as the Honda CR-V I was looking at. And I love the Adaptive Cruise Control.
There were a couple blips. The first two cars I selected turned out to be unavailable. Honcker gave me $300 for my trouble. The price was higher by $21/mo because I checked the “Veteran” box but the military discount was only for active duty and Retirees within the last year. My husband was retired at 19 out of Vietnam with a Purple Heart but didn’t qualify. We modified our profile, for next time, to delete Veteran status so it’s not affecting the quotes. And, I selected “Deliver” my car but I had to pick it up—69 miles away, 1.5 hours there and 3 hours back. California traffic!
But I have a car I love, $0 down, about 1% lease payment, 36 months, 12k/yr. and it’s a car I love.Show lessTzyf1986
Amazing Experience
I have to be honest that when I first heard about this app, I thought it was too good to be true. If it weren’t for the fact that my husband’s co-worker used it, I probably would have stayed far away. I am happy to report that I would’ve been wrong. This was by far the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had leasing a car. I started the process on the Fri before the Fourth of July and even with the holiday in there, I had my car delivered to me by the 5th. I’m still in shock over what a smooth process it was and that I actually paid the exact amount that I was told it would be, no hidden fees like I’ve experienced at the dealerships. My husband and I are not wheelers and dealers so this app was a dream come true for us. I have always hated going to dealerships and negotiating a lease. Aside from the back and forth, including the stepping in of the floor manager, you always feel like you are being ripped off. Then there is the hours hanging around the dealership while they prep the car and you meet with the finance guy going over all the paperwork making sure they didn't slip in something extra. This app eliminates all this. I was able to register and lease a new Acura RDX to replace my one coming off of lease with no stress or time drain. I looked at the available cars, pick the one I wanted and watched the price for a few days (that dropped well below what I was paying for my current lease). I then hit the lease button, supplied the requested info and the next day went to the dealer and picked up the car. The car and paperwork were waiting for me and the numbers were exactly what was presented on the app. I was literally in and out of the dealer in 15 minutes. My wife and I did a lot of research and decided to use the app to avoid the annoying, impersonal, deceitful process of leasing a car. We found the deal that suited our budget, test drove at a local dealership, then went back on app and started process at home. Sent all my information, personally called insurance company, they checked credit and i was approved for the deal shown. The dealership that approved my deal was about 40 mins from my house. They delivered the car to my house, no charge(i confirmed) and they took my old lease back with them. We did final paperwork in my house. Only thing i would say was the dealer/salesman will set up a time to drop off new car so give yourself a few hour windows in case they are early(my case) or late. Also one of the papers to sign wasn’t complete so another salesman had to come back later but this is a dealership issue not the app issue. Honcker sent confirming emails throughout process and it was just easy to save everything on your email to keep full documents. I’d recommend it because so far so good. 💪🏻Show lessRmustac
