Didn’t work out for me... but it Could be nice
I’m a realtor and I needed a out of town clients house mowed. But it never got mowed by this company/app. They cancelled 3 times (over a week and half period) stating that it was because of coming rain. But each of the 3 cancellations there was no rain in the forecast nor did it actually rain that day. I was in fear of the municipality mowing the grass and me having to pay 4x times the price so I found another app lawn guru and they got out there on the date they promised.
This app could be nice, I think I just got stuck with a local landscaper who was with lazy or too busy. The other company had 3 companies for me to choose from but this app only had one close landscaper. That must depend on the area. I’m in a popular metropolitan area in Michigan.

Very disappointed
My contractor did an okay job(not great), but we had no communication. At one point my task day was changed and then cancelled to be reassigned a different date. I called customer service every day for two weeks. No one came to mow for two weeks because my tasks were reassigned for “route optimization” or weather. There are absolutely no responses for emails sent to

I definitely do not recommend this service or the app.

Horrible experience
Agree with prior reviewer comment, if I could give negative stars I would. Jobs were not completed after a month of ordering with no follow up initiated by Task Easy, we had to call and follow up for each of the 5+ times they missed coming. You are better working to coordinate this yourself locally. Wish you luck if you try but don’t be surprised if you can’t get service either.

Fast easy
Love this app so easy and fast and clear communication. I have no problems with service they come Weekley and mow, and its beautiful. I also have no problem with customer service just call and reschedule or add Services and its done right away! Def great !
Very shady company with spotty customer service
I signed up for the service and was confirmed a lawn mowing price of $39 and I have a screenshot to prove this. They got off to a rough start when the mower did not show up for the first mow without any communications. He finally did show up over a day late, but did a good job. Then mysteriously the price quoted was over $139!m to mow a <0.2 acre lot!! Upon emailing multiple times with no response, getting no answers on the phone, I finally spoke to someone on the phone. I was placed on hold multiple times and they were adamant that $139 was the correct price and that this was somehow my issue. I am reporting this to BBB also and providing screenshot evidence. I would highly recommend avoiding this company.

Task is not so easy to get done
Contractors seem to no show appointments consistently. I ordered weekly service but the contractor would no show every other week so I changed to biweekly and now my lawn hasn’t been cut in 4 weeks.
I receive endless notifications that say ‘ooops your contractor no showed, we are reaching out to find out what happened’ well we never find out and we’ve even switched contractors but still no show.
I’ve got the yellow pages out now....

Great app until you need to cancel
I used this to hire someone to mow my lawn for a few weeks while My family finished school. The contractor was out of town so had to make special trips yo get my lawn done. Needless to say, I was not on his preferred route. So when he did mow, my lawn was too high so it looked like it needed to be bailed. To cancel, I emailed twice as the app indicated but got no confirmation. I finally called and was told that I had to call to cancel. So not a completely horrible experience but the app could use some work.

Easy button
I love having TaskEasy take care of my mowing so I have more time to focus on the fun parts of making our yard look great (flowers, etc). The TaskEasy app made it easy to order lawn mowing, and I ordered an aeration service this spring too.
Excellent job
I’m very pleased with how nice my yard looks. Very thorough in mowing and weed-eating. All around our trees and fence row looks clean and well kept. I am thankful to find someone who will keep my yard as nice as they would their own.

No shows and no calls
So far this year after paying for the premium pick your own date service, my lawn contractor has not shown up on the day. Each time no message, I had to call each time. No refund offered for the extra premium payment. After the 2nd no show, I called to cancel and email customer service. After over a week I have yet hear a response from their customer service. There are too many reputable real lawn companies in Atlanta with comparable pricing to TaskEasy.
