My TruGrocer app is the best. I am able to move, transfer, and deposit without going into the branch. The only thing is miss the people that work at my branch, so I make an excuse to go in every now and then when I will be in the area.

Y’all are great and every time y’all keep revamping your technology and allowing us to do new things like Zelle in 24 hour customer service, a literal person that can help us another thing I just wish that y’all offered overdraft protection or new cards because the ones I have issued are old and ugly other than that I’m very happy

AMAZING
Although the app itself is simple it works perfectly every single time. Easy to set up and also very easy to use. TruGrocer to me is very awesome. I been a costumer over 10 yrs and I'm glad I signed up.
Just a suggestion.
It would be nice if when you write a payment you’d be able to write a memo underneath.
After IOS update doesn’t work
After IOS update I can’t use the mobile check deposit and no one seems to know what’s going on!! Please fix

I’ve been with TruGrocer over 25 yrs & although their not major financial institution they are the best in my opinion. Best customer service hands down, amazing fraud department. They truly care for their clients.

I’ve used this branch since 1999. They have always been the best at customer service and making banking super easy for me and my family. Thank you Trugrocer! I would love to have more options to use my apps to transfer funds. Grateful for all you provide.
Location is invasive
Wont let me login to my account unless my location sharing is set to “always on”, instead of “while using” over a 24 hour span the app accessed my location 25+ times despite me only opening the app once during that time frame.
