Almost perfect
I been CU member since 1968.
I still have 3 other banks, but this is my favorite app. I wish the PC online version retained user ID/password so I did not need to type it every time.

Desperately needs update.
The Credit Union is better than any bank, once you get accustomed to the naming schemes of accounts and the procedures with accounts and services. But this app needs work. It’s almost 2019 and it still smells of a beta test than a finished product. The “Money Managment” “feature” alone is a hot mess of what works, works sometimes works and what doesn’t work at all.
I know costs have to be kept down but if you’re going to do it, do it right. It’s just a phone app. This app is not aging well at all.

Worst App ever
I’ve never had so many problems with an app like this one I use 3 other bank apps nothing compares to this app, so frustrating trying to log in, you never get the emails to reset the password this app is Horrible!!!

Love the app
I love this app because I do my balance a checkbook and need to know instantly and at all times how much money I have. The features I love are that I can use my fingerprint to open the app making it faster and more convenient and that I can swipe left on my phone and my balance is always showing. I also love the mobile check deposit. Good job on this app guys.

LOVE the new app!
I have been in the credit union for over 36 years because their customer service is the best!!! I had problems with the last app but this one is so easy and handy!! I can look at my accounts anytime and deposit checks on my phone.
