WARNING!!!!! The most dishonest company ever!!!!

I’ve used this company before and it’s always been ok. (I say ok because the clothes never looked or smelled amazing). Anyways. I noticed I was charged more for my order than the previous order. That didn’t make sense since this order was significantly lighter. They told me it was 37 pounds. I said impossible. As soon as the delivery guy came, I weighed it in front of him and sure enough it was 22 pounds, not 37!!! I took a photo and even with the delivery guys confirmation, I got a message from costumer support saying there was nothing they could do but offer me a coupon. Are you kidding me?!?!

Love it

Customer service was extremely on top of everything confirming how much laundry need to be picked up my expectations as well as a timeframe of pick up as well as drop off they even called me to ensure I was satisfied with the overall treatment of my laundry. I will be using the service again.

Quick, neat, and affordable — plus great customer service!

I just recently moved to NYC and didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg for laundry, especially since I’m already on a tight budget. I found Hamperapp after doing some research online, and after noticing the building since I live close by — I couldn’t be happier with taking a chance on something as precious as my clothes. Not only was the pickup and delivery extremely efficient (and surprisingly free!) but my clothes were folded beautifully, the price was actually lower than I was expecting, and the customer service I spoke to about all my questions/concerns was extremely responsive, helpful, and polite. Plus they were even able to accommodate my work schedule since I get home in the evenings. I don’t usually write reviews, so I hope the fact that I’m even writing one for this service conveys how impressed I am by it — I’m only using Hamperapp for my laundry from now on!

Chaos and confusion, no idea where my clothes are?

This has been a terrible experience. Delays on pickup 3 times. Told me to leave my clothes in the hotel lobby as they were running two hours late and I had to go to work, which I did, and now they’ve contacted me to tell me that the driver didn’t pick them up.

So who knows where my clothes are, hamper app certainly don’t know. What a nightmare.

I personally love this service

I had a great experience the 4 times I used this service. The pickup was exactly in the time frame that I selected and the drop off was actually done the same day or early the next day. Clothes were perfectly folded, I just put them in the closets. I use this service every time I get overwhelmed with the piles of laundry. Will keep on using it.

Very friendly & professional

I live in Dallas and I have used Hamperapp for over a year. They always show up and deliver on time. I can’t wash my king comforters at home and that’s why I use Hamperapp at least once a month. Good job and kudos to the Hamperapp team. I’m a satisfied and happy customer. Totally recommended for anyone looking for laundry services.

I wish I had discovered Hamperapp sooner! Previously, I spent so much time at the dry cleaners every two weeks. With Hamperapp, I pay the same amount but save so much time! Highly recommend it!

Great service

We were in Miami for a few days in between trips. We got all our washing done using the wash and fold service. They came to pick up our washing and dropped it off within 24 hours at our hotel. Great service and good turnaround time. We will be using again the next time we’re in Miami

Zero Stars

When I confronted their customer support, expecting a resolution or, at the very least, an explanation, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. They were completely unprofessional, constantly dodging my inquiries and giving me vague answers that made no logical sense. It was as if they had a rehearsed script to manipulate frustrated customers into giving up.

The most distressing part of this whole ordeal is the fact that they haven't returned my clothes. I entrusted Hamperapp with my valuable garments, only to have them vanish into thin air. Their lack of accountability and refusal to take responsibility for their incompetence is truly mind-boggling. It's not just about the monetary value of the clothes; it's the sentimental value and the inconvenience it has caused.

The incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by Hamperapp are beyond unacceptable. Their business practices are unethical, untrustworthy, and leave customers in utter despair. Without a doubt, I strongly advise against utilizing their laundry delivery service.

I strongly urge potential customers to consider alternative options that value the customer experience and prioritize the safe handling and timely delivery of clothes. It's a shame that a service that initially appeared promising turned out to be a complete disaster; spare yourself the headache from Hamperapp at all costs.

Won’t show up after accepting your order

I scheduled my first pickup for 8-10am and they texted me asking if I still wanted a pickup after 10am. I responded yes and then they asked me how many bags I had for pickup. I have never used them so my laundry was in a large laundry tote not a bag so I told them that. Then a couple hours later they sent me a lengthy message about how they couldn’t service me? I had been waiting for them to pickup nearly all day and was counting on it! It was so disappointing and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here!
