This is one of the worst apps I have ever tried to use.
I agree with the problems outlined in the other reviews about both the app & the monitor itself.
This app is buggy & unstable. It disappears from the screen multiple times every time you attempt to use it, rendering it essentially impossible to enter or know what data, e.g., email address, passwords, etc. have actually been accepted by the app in registering, logging in, etc. I cannot recommend this app.Show lessYottadoc
Crappy app always crashes
This app worked well a couple years ago, but it doesnt seem to have done well as IOS has been updated. No surprise, since the last update from Welch Allyn was 5 years ago.
I’ve since deleted and reinstalled, but the same issues occur; App crashes when selecting options or trying to see past readings. As a result, I can only ever see one reading.. no history. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!Show lessMojoRising123
Not Updated in 5+ years
This app has not been updated in 5+ years. As a result, parts are incompatible with iOS. It immediately crashes if you try to see your accumulated data. This prevents you from backing up your data. This is so sad. The app has been abandoned. This is the reason for never buying equipment that are attached to an app. The developer can abandon the app and you are left with a nonfunctional device.Show lessMarianco
Worthless developers- iOS no longer supported
Welch Allyn - The great name in medical instrumentation. I spent the extra bucks to buy their BP monitor (even though I found it to agree with the lesser known cheaper model I already owned). I needed and used the app to track my BP via B/T on my iPhone and provided it to my PCP.
But beginning with iOS version 13 or so - the app was no longer supported. Now at iOS 15+ ….. STILL NO SUPPORT! What a rip and an indication of their patient care.Show lessMJ from MD
Worthless
This app should be removed before WelchAllyn ruins there good. My doctor recommended this unit for it’s accuracy but without a good app it is worthless. I recommend using a different app with this unit.Birdpanama
Crash prone disaster app
Using this app on an ipad or iPhone is an unreliable nightmare. Yes, you can record your data, but when you click on the icon to see your history and archived data, the phone version ALWAYS crashes and the ipad version works only sporadically. Not working
Why such a respected company would ignore the app is unbelievable .It constantly crashes and you lose all data !Josemauro1
Erases all prior blood pressures. Needs a bug fix!!!!!!

App stopped working
This app was good for a while. It suddenly stopped working. It paired to my device. The blood pressure displayed on the Home Screen properly. But it became impossible to enter the app to see any recorded data because it immediately quits. I emailed support but I did not receive a reply. Eventually I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Not maintained
App is not enhanced or updated. It shows a lack of innovative thinking on the part of the company. Always disappointing to see a company just give up.
