  • Limited functionality

I’d like to offer a glowing review, but a handful of limitations make that hard to do. First is that this expensive BP monitor can only be used by one person since the app doesn’t allow multiple user profiles. For some reason, there is also no way to review previous readings except via the app; that is, once it disappears from the screen on the BP monitor, it can’t be recalled in the device. Finally, although it’s possible to get a report of saved readings, the report is incomplete and doesn’t include all readings. It looks like it only provides some readings from a given day. On days when I have taken three readings, the emailed report only includes a single reading. I’m truly perplexed by this and find it an odd omission in functionality.

  • Needs to be updated!

Come on Welch Allyn! I hope you support your other myriads of devices/equipment better than this! Buyer beware!
  • Beware Welch-Allyn: Incompatible & Zero Support

They offer no apps compatible with iOS15 or later. Meaning, Apps don’t work, won’t launch, won’t open. You cannot save nor access your blood pressure readings! Last update was over 3 Years ago! They completely abandon their customers after purchase. You’ve been forewarned. Don’t buy any products from Welch-Allyn company. Even my doctor advised me against them.

  • Unsatisfactory

Welch allyn has a excellent reputation in the medical community of which I am part of an quality products for years. This is one of the worst products they have produced. Brady‘s are in accurate compared to the ones in my office and all of his red heart and all these read inIncreased. The app must be open to record the values. The units manufacturing and the app written must’ve been farmed out to a third-party. They are not up to Welch Allen standards.

  • Behind the times

The upside to this app is that it works exactly as advertised. The ability to automatically share with your physician (IF they support it) is nice.

Unfortunately this app is very dated. It is not capable of being full screen on a a plus/max iPhone. It was updated recently enough that it really should. There’s also no way to delete readings. So, if you have an error, don’t have the cuff on correctly, etc, too bad. It’s getting saved.

For a somewhat pricey device from a very reputable manufacturer I would have expected more.

  • Excellent

I love this app! Once you connect it to Bluetooth it logs every reading with no issues. 5 stars
  • Broken in iOS 14.3 iPhone XS

App closes immediately after trying to launch. This started after I updated my iPhone XS to iOS 14.3. I found that it works normally on my work iPhone 12 mini, but I’d like to use it on my personal phone. Might be good for Welch Allyn to update their app more than once every 3 years. At least I didn’t lose all my past bp data because I was able to log in on the other phone and it was still on my account.

  • Keeps crashing and won’t open

Please spend some development dollars and make this better. It is important to be able to consistently and reliably track ones health using your products.
  • Please Improve Me

Taking several BP readings and sending to spreadsheet. It does not send all readings for that particular time as it only sends one of the set of readings to your spreadsheet. This app could use some TLC.
  • Read the EULA!

The apps licensing agreement specifies that you give them permission to collect, use, and distribute not only your blood pressure information but also your location and all sorts of information about the phone that the app is on without restriction. Specifically, it does not specify that they will only share it with your physician. Amazing that companies think it’s OK to harvest your very personal information and use it for their benefit rather than yours. After all, I just paid $100 for one of their blood pressure machines. It’s not like they have to monetize the app because I haven’t paid them anything.
