Not entirely intuitive, but working very well
Setup was surprisingly easy (I am not tech-savvy) and photos from my devices were collected easily. The computer photos were handled a bit differently, but it worked well enough once I figured out how to do it. SD cards imported easily. I love that I can access the photos across devices remotely, and give access to others. Tech support has been very responsive.
All in all, it feels great to have all my photos in one place, with duplicates eliminated, and some sorting and recognition!

Solid product with great customer service
As with any new technology there are occasional glitches, but it works really well most of the time. The best part is that their customer service is prompt and thorough. On the whole I strongly recommend this as a great way to back up your photos and keep them all in one place.

Desktop App
Desktop app should have an option to upload photos directly to an album. Share option should be also added to share file or folders with external links.
Genius product
Having filed and stored my photos in multiple systems over the years, plus swapping from PC to Mac and back again, having multiple phones plus iPads in the house....our photos were a shambles. Monument solves this problem for me 100%. Takes all the hard work out of filing, backing up, and tagging my photos. My kids are loving having access to old baby photos on the iPads now. I am loving having space on my phone again, while still having access to all my photos....and all without having to pay for cloud storage. WIN WIN WIN WIN!!! These guys deserve a medal. Plus they have answered all of my questions as I go and keep updating the desktop app - so it just keeps getting better. No where but UP for these guys!

Support is amazing
Had an issue with downloading the new HEIF image format from apple on my Microsoft laptop.
Hunter provided a couple of solutions and all is well with the world. Excellent hep and awesome product. I’ve reduced my dependence on the iCloud for photo storage and only use it for phone backups.

Good product
I bought this product after seeing Facebook ads for it. There was a bug the first few days I got it that caused it not to upload photos. I emailed support and they got back to me a day later. They updated the firmware and works PERFECT since. Good product.

I’ve been using this app since the Kickstarter campaign in late 2016. Over that time, the developers have released a steady stream of updates, adding all the features promised and broadly in line with their roadmap. The result is very easy to use and manages the device well. Monument also benefits from an active and vocal online user community, with the developers actively engaged in all discussions. Finally, it has to be said that the support team is excellent. Over the years, I’ve experienced a couple of significant issues. Each time, I’ve been kept up to date with progress, with promised fixes arriving quickly and on time. Thoroughly recommended.
