Brilliant way to store your photos
Does what it says on the tin, easy to use, easy to sort into albums, brilliant and quick. Swallowed up my 2500+ photos and a load of videos without any issues.
Support were brilliant when I was struggling to connect to the monument, it turns out the issue was a failing network switch.

Easy access to thousands of photos
I love how I don’t have to wait for the photos to load! Easy to upload photos from iPhone. The best part is that it’s the only app I know of that CAN HANDLE LIVE PHOTOS! 💃 I’ve been using this since March 2019 and the app doesn’t crash anymore. Tagging and facial recognition is so handy. Also, being able to zoom out by month makes it faster to find photos.
Supports RAW is a big plus. Being able to download the photos easy (original or compressed) is a big plus too.
Uploading the old photos is the harder part (but it’s like that in other photo storage system anyway IMO). Easiest way for me to upload was to patiently do it by batch using a memory card. You can also do it from a hard drive but it won’t copy or reorganize the photos in a separate folder.
Don’t expect lightning speed when moving thousands of photos because that takes time even from external hard drive to external hard drive.
Yes, it’s a start up and it’s still not perfect (but even Photos app from Apple isn’t perfect). They’ve been continuously improving their apps/ software and they listen to their customers 🌟

Works well - just as described
It arrived, I followed the instructions, it updated its own software and away it went. Updated now pictures from 3 iPhones and 3 iPads , (and released most of my iPhone and iCloud storage- will save $’s every month), took about 3 days to transfer 50,000 pictures— the main slowness was our external network and my zero storage space to operate iPhone then onto transferring the last 20 years of pictures from 4 different computers - 2pc, 2 Mac - that was quicker as all within our own network.
Albums easy to create, but disappointed that can’t be done from the pcs, just the phones and iPads. Maybe a future feature🙏. So we now have 300gb pictures all in one place - and have found pictures not seen for years.. looking at the reviews showing poor product- I suggest you try again, and follow the instructions...

Atrociously slow
Atrociously slow was how a previous reviewer put it. Four days and 83% of 65,000 photos loaded and now it refuses to recognise the network and just cannot connect. I’m thinking of sending it back as it seems just not to work effectively. Maybe FaceTime - where it’s heavily advertised- might be the appropriate place to review this!

I did not find the instructions comprehensive to follow probably me but when I contacted customer service three exchanges and my problems were solved. I really must say it was impressive and clarification resulted. Now appreciating full functionality that’s customer service as it should be. Full value for money no question.

App Crashes when trying to use the map feature
Have the app for about two months. Love the app, it worked great until about a week ago. It crashes whenever I try to use the map feature. Would have given it 5 starts otherwise. (Version 2.12.0)
Promising, but not sure it can be my sole photo management solution
My biggest issue is not being able to edit the photos once they are on the device. Often times if love to be able to crop photos or tweak them. Also, older photos imported from my computer were not rotated properly. I can t fix that without deleting them off the monument rotating, and adding them back.

Simple yet totally powerful
Does everything in a easy sample way
Still Amazing
My wife and I have been using the monument for more than a year and it keeps getting better and better! Our entire photo collection is available everywhere we go, and now live photos work as well. We got my parents one of these for Christmas this year because my mom is always getting after my dad to get his phones photos uploaded and in a place that she can see them. We set it up at Thanksgiving and now she has access to their entire photo collection, it's up to date, and it's really user friendly!
