Log In Problems
It's a nice little app which shows you all you need to know - once you're logged in. The problem is that it keeps logging me out even though I have Face ID turned on so I have to keep entering my password every time, which I often don't have to hand and which I can't remember - does anyone remember 300 passwords? Destroys the object of Face ID on my iPhone 15 running iOS18.

Login Issues
This app’s security is ridiculous. I’m not accessing my bank! Every time I try to log in I need to re enter my email and password and I can’t never remember the password bec of the stupid password requirements. I only want to check how much data I have used!!! It shouldn’t log you out every time and there should be an easier way to access your account

App didn’t save my payment details 3X
My credit score has been damaged because I missed a payment of 2* £8 for 2 months. Every time I saved my account details it didn’t register them and I confirmed them in metro bank and Santander and neither worked. One day it miraculously worked but it was too late. I got two phone calls that instructed me what to do and it didn’t work after following all their instructions. Really stupid service/ system. Should be ashamed

Update problems
So I dutifully updated the app. It no longer recognised my fingerprint login. Forgotten password- of course I have I always use my fingerprint. Why can’t you remember it? 10 tedious minutes later I’ve updated my password (which I will obviously now forget) I’ll try to remember not to update the app next time

Everything works
Never had any issues like logging in, Face ID let’s me straight in, can’t understand why some have problems with this. Very good app compared to others, basic and simple is the best way forward.
Login issues
The app is fine, however the Face ID login never works - keeps saying my account is locked (which it isn’t). Happens for all three family accounts I have on different phones. Quite annoying to have to go through the login issue every time I want to use the app despite having Face ID login activated.
UPDATE: log in issues seem to be sorted for now so have upgraded my rating.

Annoyingly Frustrating
I don’t know why this app from a mobile phone company can’t get an app right. Using Touch ID it should log in straight away, not show a warning message that says “too many login attempts” only to put in my details again, get presented with “enable Touch ID” again and the a OTAC every time… So frustrating… come on Talk Mobile, fix these issues😡

Broken
After I login I click the data usage button and it logs me out and says my account is locked. So I log back in and try again and it says the same. It’s fine if I don’t hit the data usage button but pretty annoying. Fix it or don’t but you’ll end up losing customers with this amateur app.
Talk mobile app not able to log in or switch to 4g
Absolute load of crap! I can’t log into the app- haven’t been able to for about 2 years, I’m still on 3G-which was ment to change to 4g automatically?& never did? I wouldn’t recommend talk mobile & I’m going to stop using it asa I find something that suits me with good deals. I loved talk mobile at first, It was great! Gone down hill like everything else!!!! Bloody hell enter a nickname for this review? But they are all taken- they make everything so difficult! Let’s try another 100 names that mean f all………

Easier to use the website
Really annoying that you have to receive a verification text at every log in. Never known that happen with any other utility or app I’ve ever used. You’re better off using the website which has more features than this too.
